A pleasant stay just a minute from the city center.
Pros:

The location is excellent—just a one-minute walk from the promenade, with parking right next to the building available for an additional fee, which is quite reasonable. The only thing is that we probably should have mentioned we would have preferred an apartment on a lower floor, as we were traveling with a toddler and the building has no elevator, but it wasn’t a big issue. The apartment was clean, and the water pressure was excellent!

La struttura è in pieno centro!

Cons:

purtroppo la camera che avevo scelto era quella grande ed era al 4 piano senza ascensore per due signore che hanno una certa età non è il massimo. Ci hanno dato una camera più piccola al primo piano senza uno sconto. Entrambi le camere non erano pulite e al primo piano c’era un odore sgradevole. Abbiamo lasciato le valige e quando siamo tornate avevano pulito e l’odore era andato un po via.

Despite the negative comments, still one of the best apartments in Prishtina. I will definitely come back.
Pros:

Perfect location in the city centre. Small, nicely furnished apartments with almost everything you need. Very comfortable bed and nice sofa to relax. Easy contactless 24 hour check in and instructions via WhatsApp.

Cons:

A washing machine as well as a proper coffee machine would be great for longer stays.
There was no cleaning during the 5 day stay. It would have been great if towels could have been replaced after 3 days as well as toilet paper replenished.
Chair/table on the balcony would be great as well.

Pros:

We reserved this apartment for my friend visiting from Germany. Excellent location, very close to the best bars and restaurants in town. Nearby parking is very helpful. Overall, great and good value for money!

Die Lange und der freundliche Service! Das Bett war sehr bequem. Es war alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Räumlichkeiten waren klein, doch absolut ausreichend zum schlafen. Sehr komfortabel und bequem. Man ist eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una notte, in tre (2 adulti con un bambino di 1 anno), e l’esperienza è stata davvero oltre ogni aspettativa. La casa era impeccabile: pulizia ottima, ambienti confortevoli e dotata di tutto il necessario, anche per chi viaggia con un bimbo piccolo.
Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l’attenzione ai dettagli e la disponibilità dei proprietari, che hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta con grande gentilezza. Un altro punto forte è stata la comunicazione: scrivono su WhatsApp e rispondono praticamente subito, cosa davvero comoda e rassicurante.
Sicuramente un posto in cui torneremmo e che consigliamo senza esitazione
