all in all, our stay in Family and Deluxe rooms was very good, such a good a good experience, very near to Monte Maria w
Pros:

the Property is well maintained, the Staff are helpful and accommodating, also friendly. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning works perfectly.

Cons:

The stairs going down to pool area (vice versa) is not quite Child and Senior Citizen friendly, but it’s all worth it staying there.

Pros:

there is unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. I asked the staff to clean and do something about the smell which they did clean it. But the worst is we couldn't sleep properly because of the smell from the toilet that comes back.

Overall a great stay during holy week
Pros:

We stayed for the Holy Week (Saturday & Sunday) after going to Montemaria, and surprisingly even though it's a busy holiday, the resort is not much crowded.

The staff also allowed us to check-in earlier and have our lunch at the veranda while they were still cleaning the room. The view from the family room is amazing.

The room is also very clean and AC is very cold. Also comes with Microwave Oven, Refrigerator, Television with Cable. Our room's CR is clean. Beds are comfortable.

The sea is clean, but expect it to be rocky. Lots of small fishes as well. Pool is also good.

They offered us a refund for the power interruption however since we booked via Booking, they said they cannot provide it directly.

Cons:

Power interruption from 7pm to 1am. My baby couldn't sleep properly. Thanks to Jisulife at least we have a mini fan. There was no emergency lights on our area during the brownout. The generator arrived around midnight only, coming from a different town. As per staff their standby generator is broken.

The common kitchen is also far away from Family Room and so we just used the griller/ihawan area, as this one is near to us. Good thing we just brought Butane and Stove.

The stairs leading down to the sea is also a challenge. But it's a good exercise for us younger generations. For the seniors and pwd, not recommended.

The WiFi and data signal are sometimes unreliable.

Marc the receptionist was very kind

Cons:

Its extremely different in reality from the pictures on the website. the Standard rooms are placed in bamboo huts at the parking at the mainroad . For the firat time in my life at any hotel in India or Africa - no toilet seat. There wasWIFI but it was without reach so no connection.

Nice place for a short stay.
Pros:

Nice and beautiful location. Staff is very helpful and accomodating. A special credit to Mark, who helped us with everything such as ordering local transportation, food, providing useful information, and even did a photoshoot of me. Beds are comfy and the AC works superbly. I really enjoyed the quiet and calm atmosphere there.

Cons:

My bathroom could need a mirror. Also the bathroom could have been a little more cleaner, but no major issue. I had the standard room, while my friend had the deluxe room. The latter is a major improvement in terms of comfort and cleanliness. I recommend this if you are planning to stay longer.

A very basic accomodation, bad bathroom, very helpful staff.
Pros:

There was no breakfast, in fact there was nothing to eat or drink in the hotel. The location was OK - but then again it was the only hotel available for booking online in the area. The veranda was big and faced the sea - would have been great if it was sunny, but it was raining. The staff bought breakfast for us from an outside supplier, and it was a very basic egg-rice-sausages type of meal with 3-in-1 coffee.

Cons:

We felt that it was waaay overpriced, but there was no other place in the area. The resort had no drinks or food, even if we were willing to pay. The well-meaning staff went out of their way to buy drinks and food for us from the stores outside. The other think I didn't like is that the bathroom was absolutely terrible - it broke all the rules of bathroom design (and I mean ALL). No slippers (staff offered to lend us theirs), no free toothbrush/toothpaste.

Cons:

Expensive for a place that have so much flaws lots of Ants, it rained and the water flood upstairs, can’t enjoy the place, tiles are broken. The faucet is broken . TV wasn’t working at all. The best thing for that place are the workers they are very accommodating.

Staff are completely nice and helpful... they are lucky to have them but the facilities..the toilet the basic room things they should normally provide already not that the guest still needs to ask and look for it....it was a good stay though...
