Its a new property and utilities are new

Cons:

Check in experience is very bad and also construction work going and they have no courtesy to check how customers will feel as the civil work noise is continuously going disturbing your stay at room. The management should understand that people come there for staying peacfully and paying the price but these things are fully spoiling the experience

The room was very clean. Safe location with onsite parking.

Lot of big mosquitos in the room. When asked, the staff provided mosquito repellent which helped.

Very comfortable stay here...the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean as well. The stay is also at a prime location with easy access to nearby temples and spots. Highly recommended place for your next visit

Nice place, worth the money 🤑, very quiet and peacfull place. Good for family trip booking.
Pros:

Very 🫧Clean and 👍good maintained 🌬️AC ROOMS🛋️. For this price near Suriyanar Temple and 🚉 ADUTURAI RAILWAY STATION🚇 is Reasonable. Every windows and gates are net 🥅 for mosquitoes. If any foreigners or out-of-city people come they can arrange tuk for travel to the city. Hotel manager akka was very friendly and co-operative. I can recommend this hotel even if you are coming with family. There is No Doubt to book here.

Cons:

The Only problem is, 2 rooms are shared in the bathroom and hall. (In my case, the other room was not booked so I can freely use those hall and bathroom freely.) In case of any doubt on those shared spaces and washroom pls verify through hotel manager.

The place is like a home-stay where you can feel the experience your home stay. The place was maintained and kept as expected as I thought when I saw the property.
