Boutique hotel in a spectacular location. Fantastic value. I would defnitely return here.
Pros:

The restaurant is in such a beautiful location, with a terrace overlooking the river and Wat Arum. We didn't try the food there so cannot comment on it, just had some coffee sitting on the terrace.
The rooftop bar also has spectacular views in both directions, over the river to Wat Arum and on the other side to Wat Po and the memorial towers. The night view is unbelievable as everything is lit up. the staff in all the venues was very solicitous and kind, although the service is a little slow.
Everything you need is in the room although it is small.

Cons:

Little to complain about. No elevator. Room small in size but fully equipped for what I needed.
The hotel is somewhat inaccessible. The taxi driver had trouble finding it when she brought us and the street is often blocked by laundry trucks requiring you to get out with your luggage and walk down the street to the entrance.
On the way back, we had preordered a taxi through booking.com and it never showed up, possibly because that taxi driver also couldn't figure out where the hotel was despite our trying to contact him. I suggest you let hotel staff order a taxi for you as they may know people or companies who know where the hotel is.

Espectaculares vistas y restaurante. Ubicación perfecta si tienes poco tiempo para recorrer los templos!

Cons:

Muchos insectos muertos dentro de la habitación cuando volvimos en la tarde. El hotel no cuenta con escalera, se hace un poco pesado piso 4 varias veces al día!

Exceptional location for visiting Grand Palace and other temples
Pros:

The location of the property was exceptional. Staff were really attentive and friendly. We had a lovely breakfast. Hotel was all we needed for our first night in Bangkok.

Pros:

Ottima colazione. Posizione fantastica sul fiume. Rooftop bar con vista stupenda su fiume, città , templi. L'albergo è stato ristrutturato con intelligenza da un antico edificio con risultati esteticamente veramente interessanti e piacevoli.

Cons:

Anche se il personale è sempre immediatamente disponibile per trasportare le valige, la mancanza di ascensore in caso di camera al 4° piano , non è proprio piacevole in tutte le situazioni e momenti della giornata.
