REGENTA CENTRAL RESIDENCY

Not a very clean room, used cotton buds on table as well as a big black hair.

Booked through booking.com and got a confirmation from the property.
When I arrived I was told he was fully booked and told to leave. I explained that I had booked in advance and and had a confirmation. He just said he was fully booked because of Chinese new year and again told me to leave . No sympathy no apology.
This was seven in the evening and I had no where to stay .
Luckily after walking the streets for an hour I managed to find a room .
Lady on reception was helpful but the owner was rude and completely unhelpful.

Towels were old and frayed, no coffee in rooms

Nothing it was a nightmare hotel please don’t anyone book that hotel or you will regret it Bad Bad Very Dirty ?? Staff not friendly at all ?? I was complaining but but did not get any success?? Keep away??

WiFi was nothing short of terrible... hardly worked the whole month...

Also the walls are pretty thin.. so lots of noise at night....

The lady told us she didn't have a room for us even if we booked. She was laughing and told us to just find another place to stay. It was awful. This hotel needs to close permanently.

Avoid these dishonest people, they will not honour your booking, they left me in reception for 3 hours and sold my room to walk in guests, they are absolutely dishonourable

Although rooms are in a generally good condition, upkeep of various things need attending to (shower flow just about ok, water pressure of jet on bum-gun could be better). The wardrobe had a heavy sweat smell (ok not their fault - previous occupant must have had stinking sweaty clothes, but the hotel cleaning staff should have spotted this and used air freshener). I reported it upon first occupying the room; no staff attended to it and I had to get the air freshener from them on Day-3 of my stay to do it myself! So poor customer service there

They advised free parking but there is no parking available for this hotel. Also advertised a bar on site but this was closed and no mini bar in the room. Definitely would not recommend staying at this place.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed of a lie: there was no parking for my car. I had just driven three hours. The receptionist behaved like the worst person in the world—a young, arrogant, and disdainful woman who treated me worse than trash.

She started by inspecting my passport, carefully going through every stamp on each page, deliberately taking her time. I had been traveling in Thailand for two weeks, changing hotels every night as part of a new itinerary, and not once had I been treated like this.

She then demanded that I pay for the room in cash. She also requested a cash deposit, but I didn’t have enough on me. I told her I would go withdraw the money but wanted to drop off my bags in my room first. She showed no compassion at all and refused.

I had three suitcases, was exhausted, and she chose to leave me standing in the lobby. She then deliberately ignored me. Finally, she shouted, saying there was nothing she could do and that it wasn’t her choice. She displayed zero empathy or willingness to help, not even to hold my luggage at the front desk.

There was only 1 channel I could watch the rest were NOT working .
