Helpful staff
Not a great location and room was very small
Friendly staff, good room facilities and modern feel, good to have air conditioning. Appreciate the extra kindness shown by staff when checked in.

The PIN code entry was great. The hotel was very clean.
The shower door was too close while standing in it, not much room. Minimal water from shower. Bed wasn’t great, limited air on and unable to open windows which were locked. Coffee machine wasn’t working or we were just putting the coffee pod in incorrectly but it was self explanatory.

Great location, good room size for London - loved the bed.
Check in did not work online as I had reserved 3 rooms so the staff member needed to process between the reception desk and the self check in. Was a little arduous.
Location is great. Very central and easy from Stratford station. Staff were all excellent. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Maria. Room was very clean and shower was hot and good water pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows. Coffee machine, mugs, kettle and toaster is a nice touch. Free luggage storage for the day which was really handy. Lighting system is high tech but easy to use and good high/low settings.
Room is very small. There is a desk and chair but you can't use them as they are crammed in at the bottom of the bed. So it's good for 1-2 nights and if you aren't needing to work. Not really anywhere to put your suitcase or hang clothes. Air con/heating is complicated and I wasn't sure if it was working or not. Even when it's off there is a constant noise maybe from an air flow system?

Super clean, great lighting controls and air conditioning, push button shower with really comfortable electric bed! Couldn’t find the button to lower the back of the bed… I had put my phone charger on the top of it coz it blends into the side unit… had to call ‘Mission Control’ … poor front desk guy had to come up and show me, I felt a bit stupid that I had covered it 🫣 anyhoo other than that it was a lovely room with everything you could ask for
OK so the location was a bit dodgy at first with some homeless folks about but my stay was uneventful and when I settled I felt safe enough in the area. Hotel itself feels very secure so no worries.
The bed was very comfy and I enjoyed having a little kitchen to use while ordering in food.
It would have been nice to have dishwashing liquid as I used the plates.
The studio pad was big enough. Clean and the location of the property excellent
The space floor of the hotel is small but well planned.
