Een grote deceptie en teleurstelling !!!!

de kamer was netjes en goed

Cons:

Her restaurant is zo slecht dat ik bijna de deur uitgelopen ben al bij het voorgerecht.
van de 7 voorgerechten waren er 4 niet van de hoofdgerechten waren er van 8 stuks ook 4 niet beschikbaar , kortom alle gerechten die wij wilde bestellen waren op. ( geen vispannetje / geen krokante garnalen )
Toch uiteindelijk had ik gekozen voor goulashsoep ( dag soep) en werd er een pompoen soep opgediend ( welke ik niet lust) en niet besteld had , dus soep terug gestuurd naar de keuken.
En terwijl we zaten te wachten op mijn goulashsoep werd het hoofdgerecht al geserveerd !!!!!
dus alles terug gestuurd en toen was mijn avond al helemaal verpest , mijn echtgenote heeft het netjes en beschaafd opgelost , want ik was als ik alleen was zo de deur uit gelopen.
Kortom ons hele diner was een groot drama , onprofessioneel personeel , ongeïntegreerd en geen vakkennis.
en vooral Slechte kwaliteit eten wat uiteindelijk wal 113 euro koste, want we hebben dan ook ),) coulance gekregen ondanks dat het vanuit het Hotel een groot drama was!!!!!
En als bonus konden we in de ochtend , na wel een goed ontbijt ( dat moet wel eerlijk gezegd worden) wilde ik de rekening voldoen en mijn klacht plaatsen . beide waren niet mogelijk !!!
de rekening kon ik niet betalen omdat het Systeem uitgevallen was !! en de klacht was de bediende achter de balie niet bevoegd voor , dat je daar nog bevoegd voor moet zijn.
Verder zag het zwart van de werklui in het hotel omdat het hotel midden in een grote bouwput staat , niet erg maar alleen onbeschofte en luidruchtige oost Europeaanse bouwvakkers is niet ons ideale gezelschap .

met dit alles is ons verblijf bij Bastions hotels een deceptie geweest en zullen daarom ook nooit meer voor een Bastion Hotel kiezen.
En vinden wij dat BOOKING.COM ons had moeten waarschuwen voor de onstandigheden ( een groet Bouwput)

trés bon séjour chambre , parking gratuit ,

le silence des chambres bien que prés de l autoroute

Cons:

le bar , open space avec l accueil et le restaurant , ce jour la des consommateurs bruyants , tout le monde est gênè

Anbindung an die Autobahn;Parkplatz verfügbar; geräumige Zimmer; für unser Vorhaben (Zwischenstopp) war es ausreichend,

Großbaustelle;der Bereich vor dem Hotel war total vermüllt, die Abfalleimer liefen über, aber es schien sich niemand zuständig zu fühlen; für mehrere Tage nicht zu empfehlen; Preis-Leistung fand ich nicht stimmig

The website states that dinner is available until 22:00, but the waiter told us that the kitchen was already closed at 21:00. As I understood, this is only temporary, but it may still be useful for other guests to keep this in mind just in case.
