Property great, booking.com, not

Property was as advertised, like that it was an adults only property, especially when it came to the pool!!

Cons:

Nothing wrong with the property, unfortunately booking.com in past booking have been unhelpful when a property owner offered a refund as long as booking.com allowed it, which it did as it was up to the owner. The owner then reneged on that offer, straight up lied and when we disputed this with booking.com, they were very rude, and hung up on us when trying to sort it out. We did not get our money back, we also did not get a chance to rebook another weekend. And because we don't have a social media following that can gain traction, our story is not cared about and we are at a loss.
We will not be using booking.com after our last booking is complete with them as they do not care.

Overall a nice place to stay
Pros:

The pool was nice and the laundry facilities very useful. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Very clean

Cons:

Very bright white lights and no soft lighting at all except for the light over the stove. Very harsh lighting and a warm gental bedside light would have been nice.
