Pros:

Very good place, good parking, good facilities and good location. Also good value.
Pros:

New and nicely finished with good facilities. Parking was also good and secure.

Cons:

No lift and all rooms are on level 1 or 2. Which is not a problem unless you have heavy luggage or mobility problems.

Pros:

Great location, amenities, and service. Latest technology with fan and blind remotes
Would stay again

Cons:

The only negative was that the included WiFi was sporadic, to say the least. I couldn't access it for 2 days

Not great value for money considering how small the room was
Pros:

Loved the location of where it was situated

Cons:

I could barely fit through the doors to the shower, by no means am I fat but found this frustrating, beds were very small where my feet were hanging out by over a foot, no basics like an iron or ironing board

Rooms were clean and tidy

Cons:

Other members of public staying ruined the experience. Up all ours of the night outside my door talking loudly, yelling, making strange noises. I believe they were drunk. They kept me awake for hours when I had a flight at 5 in the morning. Nothing to do with the property, it was other people there that ruined the experience.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Close to Restaurants and cafes. Short walk to the city centre and The football stadium.
Roof top pool was great. refreshing swim and lovely seating area.
Rooms were very clean, and had everything you need. Self contained.
Restaurant down stairs was excellent and the breakfast for $20pp as a guest of Belmoral was good value.

Cons:

The bed was small (a double). The rooms are very small - so despite there being a kitchen - it is very close to the bed - and not so conducive to cooking a big meal. Fine for basic food prep.

Pros:

The rooms were cleaned and serviced daily (except if you accidently left something on the bed!). The location was good, close to the stadium, restaurants and bars, and just a short walk over the bridge to the city.

Cons:

The shower was a bit small.

We had a great two nights thank you very much.
Pros:

No breakfast. Location excellent

Cons:

The bathroom needs to have something around the shower as we were in the disabled suite and the water was everywhere or supply a mop to dry the wet floor otherwise great size bathroom.
