Not as nice as some other motels in the area.

Location is good, and the apartments have been recently renovated so they are quite modern and clean still.

Cons:

I specifically asked if they had onsite parking and was told they did, however, when I arrived it was 'first in first served' and I could not get a park, the one thing I had requested. The road in the area had no parking available either. There is probably only about a quarter of carparks available than they require if all the rooms were full. The apartments were also not particularly quiet - several occupants of the rooms came home late at night extremely drunk, yelling. The apartments' location behind two close pubs would seem to indicate this is a regular occurrence. The staff were abrupt and disinterested when both checking in and out. The security gate to the complex needed a swipe card to enter but it was usually already open when I came through.

Comfortable studio
Pros:

Small comfortable studio. Had everything you needed. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Had a small kitchenette area. Loved the remote blinds & fans. Staff were friendly. I liked the adult only aspect.

Cons:

Guests were partying that night & were running around making a lot of noise on one night. Plus walls were a bit thin for others reasons. Wasn't a fan of lugging suitcases up flights of stairs. Needs a lift.
