Das Zimmer war sehr schön.Das Meer haben wir gehört und gesehen.Sehr ruhige Lage.Die Anlage hatte schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, es gehört vieles erneuert .Gepflegter könnte alles sein.Das Abendessen war sehr lecker das Frühstück nicht so, die Damen waren sehr unflexibel.Meine Tochter ist Veganer da gab's nix..Der Check in war top, der Check Out nicht..
Der Pool war leider auch nicht sauber
Trotzdem würde ich nochmals dort übernachten.

La ubicación en la playa y las habitaciones muy comodas. El desayuno también estaba rico.
On the beach. Lots of lounges to sit on at the pool and beach. Great breakfast. Tha bed in the room was sooo comfortable.

Food was good, staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was really small, overstuffed with furnishings. More importantly, the pool didn't look as though anyone had cleaned it in some time. Tree debris and insects floated on the surface.
The beach front lacked care. The chaise lounges were few, far between, and many in need of discarding. Very surprising since the beach could be a tourist attraction...but given there were no comfortable loungers, we were quite disappointed.
Love this place. it's safe and quiet. The staff is wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable. The beach is great.
Es la segunda visita que realizamos en familia y la atención del personal es excepcional, un trato amable y respetuoso incluso con mis pequeños peluditos Peque y Molly.
Y, ni que decir de la espectacular vista al mar, la seguridad y tranquilidad para disfrutar cada atardecer.

Location & Rooms (inside). The rooms were pretty comfortable and nice, with enough space to enjoy, a large bathroom and clean.
I want to remark the guest service because it was first quality. Servers at night are superb (Renzo & Randall). They impacted over our meals in a very positive way with professionalism and grace. A great job done. In the managing/front desk team, Karla & Karolay grace, good attitude and knowledge were important to solve and balance the issue with lights and other details.
Things to improve:
1) Light bulb from terrace in our room was not working. We report it since day one but maintenance team was very busy and they couldn’t attended on time.
2) Pool: We were looking forward to using the pool, but the water appeared cloudy during our stay. With daily cleaning and regular maintenance, this could easily be improved for future guests.
3) Outdoors details: details like paint, bad odors from treating waters, water leaking from gardens thru walkable areas are things to consider and improve, because they affects the guest experience directly.
4) Training staff and guest expectations:
Small but critical details in staff training could create a more unforgettable experience for guests. Examples: a) We had some dirty dishes from the restaurant in our room, but the housekeeping staff forgot to remove them after cleaning and bedding.
b) Communication, timing and work load: between the front desk and maintenance team could improve. Both side worked hard and well (maintenance was doing gardening the whole day and they did not stop, very good job) and front desk was understanding and took action immediately, but the issue of lightning continued because work load and the guest expectation was “it will be solved right now”.
c) During the breakfasts in our stays we had to ask for more glasses for water and cups for coffee, more orange juice in the dispenser, coffee and milk. Details that must be covered by the morning team in restaurant to ensure a smooth and continuous work flux and guest experience.
