This is the first time I am writing a review for any property. Jaswinder Bhavan is absolutely the best property in haridwar if parameters are: cleanliness, peace, private clean ghat and a wonderful location away from the crowds in har ki pauri but somehow very close due to availability of local transport auto. This is hands down the best place. No review for food because we did not taste it there and for food, best options for
Breakfast: Mathura Walo ki pracheen Dukan and Govindam.
Lunch: Chotiwala
Dinner: Hoshiyarpuri

Comfort, rust en sereniteit
Pros:

Het hotel ligt een beetje verstopt in een wijk aan de Ganges.
De rust, sereniteit en het geluid van de stromende Ganges is een belevenis.
Het hotel ligt aan een Gath waar ceremonies worden gehouden, verschillend van aard.
Je kan aan de Ganges zitten, beiderzijds.

Het hotel heeft een historie van Shik- religie wat daar nog voortleeft en er worden daar ook nog ceremonies gehouden waar je aan deel mag nemen.

Het personeel is uitnodigend, wil alles voor je doen en regelen.
Het personeel is warm en respectvol. Advies wordt gegeven als je ernaar vraagt.

Eten en drinken is daar fantastisch, het wordt bereidt terwijl je wacht. Verser kan dus niet!

Kamers zijn ruim, schoon en hygiënisch.

We ons verblijf was daar 4 dagen na 3,5 week rondreizen en de rust en comfort heeft ons zeer goed gedaan.

We kunnen dit hotel iedereen aanraden voor lang of kort verblijf.

Lift not working. Unhelpful staff. No cable system on TV. In morning no water in bathroom. Difficulty finding a person who could help. Though menu card says open at 7. The canteen opens at 8. Then you place the order. Then it's made so you won't get your food before 9. Half the items listed in menu not available
