Good Hotel with nice asthetic
Pros:

The property booking price was fine with aesthetics.

Cons:

The approach to the hotel needs serious work. Hotel can have alternative access from the Ganga canal end.
For the room many plugs were not working. The need to be replaced. And there should be more socket in the room.

Booking.com for my first booking also share incorrect information on the window openings. They need to correct the information.

Hidden gem tucked away from the crowds of haridwar
Pros:

The peaceful atmosphere of this place soothes you. The river is right next to you. The staff members are very helpful. Travelled with my mom who has major mobility issue, but every single staff member of this place went out of the way to make her comfortable. The rooms are very nice, bathrooms are clean and nice. Unfortunately due to lpg unavailability , their restaurant was closed. But easy to order from Swiggy and Zomato , we used their restaurant to eat what we ordered. This place is a hidden gem.

I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at Jaswinder Bhawan on 27th March 2026 in Room No.106. As a regular visitor to your place, I have always expected a comfortable and peaceful experience. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely bitter and disappointing.

The room was infested with mosquitoes, and despite repeatedly requesting assistance from the hotel staff, no proper arrangements were made. At 11:00 PM, I had to specifically ask for a “Good Night” mosquito repellent, which was eventually provided by the Gurudwara staff, not the hotel staff. Without this, it would have been impossible to spend the night.

Moreover, I requested Mr. Negi to change my room, but he informed me that all other rooms were fully occupied. This statement was not true, as I later observed that other rooms were indeed vacant. In addition, the room lock was not functioning properly, which added to my discomfort and insecurity during the stay.

Such negligence in basic hospitality and guest care is unacceptable, especially for a place that receives regular visitors like myself. I sincerely urge you to take immediate corrective measures to ensure:

Proper mosquito control and repellents in all rooms.

Honest communication and cooperation from staff.

Functional locks and basic safety arrangements in every room.

I hope that my future visits will not be marred by such experiences again. Kindly treat this complaint with seriousness and improve your arrangements at the earliest.

Such a pleasant and divine experience
Pros:

This place made our Haridwar trip even more special with its location, structure, cleanliness, very helpful staff and such a divine environment being part of the Gurudwara. I strongly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed. We have stayed in higher ranked and star hotels but peace we felt at this place was priceless.

Liked the property, it's located inside a Gurudwara campus with easy access for sati ghat and view of ghat from the window, the food was nice and host helped in each possible way they can, surely recommend the property for stay

We stayed two weeks in this hotel, and it was a wonderful experience. Shankar, who works at the reception, played a big part in that. Every day, he did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. He took great care of his guests and provided us with many services. He was deeply committed to ensuring that we had a fantastic stay. His presence truly made all the difference—he was the soul of this place. Many thanks to him for all the care and energy he devoted to us each day.

The hotel is beautifully located right in front of the Ganges, in an environment especially suited for peace and meditation by this sacred river. We were at the heart of authentic India. An unforgettable stay.
