Exceptional hotel in every way!
Pros:

I almost don’t want to tell anyone about this hotel from a selfish point of view! It’s a little gem I would like to keep secret. It is a beautiful hotel, historic building, prime location, exceptional food and discrete staff who couldn’t do anything more to make you feel welcome and special.

Pros:

This was an exceptionally cozy and well designed hotel right in the heart of places we wanted to visit. The room was lovely, and the restaurant is exceptional. We were very lucky to have the hotel restaurant as an option especially since so many places are closed for dinner New Year's Eve. The food for both dinner and breakfast was top notch. The hotel is well integrated into the surrounding historic structures and it is a short walk to the University and main plaza. It was also very easy to pull up in front of the hotel for check in and then take the car to a nearby parking garage.

Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een strategisch uitstekende locatie. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, gastvrij en zijn hoteliers met passie. Het restaurant is zeer goed. Voor het ontbijt moet je de tijd nemen, maar dit wordt ook weer met passie bereid en uitgeserveerd. Dit hotel is met afstand het beste hotel van Salamanca .

The hotel itself is very nice, the staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The room was better than I expected, spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had.

A localização é excelente e o ambiente do hotel muito acolhedor.
Pros:

O pequeno almoço era excelente, no entanto, creio que podia ter mais opções. Ao fim de 2 dias a comer a mesma coisa, parece que é mais do mesmo.

Excellent hotel with great customer service
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with personalised customer service. The room is very nice with comfortable bed and pillow . The location is great, very near the major sights. The receptionist and staff are all very friendly and polite. I am highly recommend for this hotel.
