A beautiful hotel in an historic building.
The most perfect location 150m from Plaza Mayor and in the heart of probably the most beautiful city in Spain.
Total luxury but understated, just how it should be.
Beautiful rooms
Andre on reception was exceptional. No one could've been more helpful & welcoming. He is a total star.
All the staff were lovely and a real credit to the hotel.
Only 13 rooms, it felt very personal & exclusive.
The valet parking very helpful.

Cons:

This is a hotel with a Michelin star restaurant. We stayed Sunday & Monday when it was closed.
This was fine. The issue I have is with breakfast.
It was outside in a gorgeous courtyard which was idyllic and the staff lovely.
The food was lovely.
The real issue I have is that it was not relaxed. You have a choice of the degustation menu (does anyone really want a degustation menu for breakfast?) or the limited express.
We tried each. Neither were what we wanted.
Please give guests a wider choice. It shouldn't be that we have to fit in what the kitchen wants to structure for us! It's breakfast for goodness sake.
True luxury is breakfast organised around what the guests want!
I understand it's a destination restaurant & rooms but please let the people who are paying choose!
Fried or poached eggs shouldn't be off menu!

Perfect boutique hotel in Salamanca
Pros:

This hotel is very special, a real find. Small in size but huge in personal service, with nicest, friendliest staff anywhere. The location was perfect - just enough out of the center to feel private but a short walk to everything of historic interest. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, memorable.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, sympathetically restored. The rooms were spacious a well decorated. The food was delicious but the staff were the real stars. Friendly and informative. I would hesitate to stay again.

Cons:

Our aircon did not work properly the first night and we were moved to another room. Please provide hooks for outdoor coats.
Greater selection of wines by the glass so we could try the local grape varieties.
But these are small adjustments.

We loved our time here and would recommend it if you are visiting Salamanca, great staff, lovely food and an impressive

Not anyone’s fault, but finding the hotel in a car by Google maps proved to be a tad challenging

Pros:

Loved this hotel. The room was wonderful. We travelled for a month and this was by far the most comfortable bed and the linen and pillows were the best. Amazing breakfast.

Wonderful hotel in an exceptionally good location.
Pros:

Beautiful property and rooms ! Truly Excellent location ! Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was a uniquely wonderful experience.

As it’s so central, it was loud outside the room, meaning I couldn’t sleep with the window open- but nice and quiet with the window closed and air con on!

Beautifully designed hotel with a tasteful minimalist style. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and very relaxing.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedding felt soft and high quality — I slept very well throughout my stay.

Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, creative, and beautifully presented.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention to the gentleman at the front desk who handled our check-in — he was especially warm, welcoming, and helpful.

A wonderful stay overall. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it.
