Excellent care
Pros:

Very close to the airport … staf were very kind and welcoming… security was very helpful

Happy place and very welcoming
Pros:

The staff were amazing, Natasha and Lucy were simply the best. Always happy and smiling and made us feel so welcome. House keepers were also very friendly.

Cons:

The only quirk we had was the shower in our room. You had to hold the shower head to wash otherwise water would literally go everywhere. Room 336 I think it was.

Pros:

location is good, ten minutes walk from airport. no food in the hotel, but can walk to Gateway, which is great.
lots of one-day tour offer pickup services from Gateway, convenient.

Cons:

cleansing and security staff is good, but lady from receptionist is not.

Horrible
Cons:

Absolutely horrible would never go back, aircon didn’t work so had to go down 4 times to try different remotes ended up with a staff member resetting it by pressing every button on the remote. Then tried to have a shower and no water came out.
