Just the location,.staff not that friendly apart from some of them... there's no urgency..no information as to why we couldn't check in on time had to wait for an hour...no communication though we were sitting by the lobby...we missed our appointment because of their delay.
Very disappointing...no wifi in the rooms only in the lobby.. hot water wasn't working for 2days when asked they said the technician will come shortly but we waited till the afternoon no answer then I called and asked for a TM.
The staff asked me what was it regarding I told him and he changed our room
Could have done earlier rather than waiting the whole day.
Pots and pans outdated including electrical appliances.
Towels look dirty though it's been washed

Se veía antiguo y el aire no funcionaba bien y no conseguimos apagarlo ni subir temperatura.Estuvo toda la noche a 18 grados.
It’s super close to the airport, about a 6min walk, safe and well lit, safe pathways and crossings. The pool is nice and big and clean. Staff were lovely. Room was big ( I was on ground floor). Staff was available at 5.30 am checkout.
It’s a little dated, some things have closed down like the bar/restaurant area and it’s a simple place but for an overnight stay for an early flight it is perfect.
Need to be more clean and organized. Front desk needs to be more active.

Excellent location close to the airport and Nasoso which is where we spent most of our time. Local shops just around the corner too
Friendly staff - awesome pool - we had a room on the ground floor so didn’t have to lug luggage up the stairs

Интернет има само във фоайето. В стаята няма интернет. Лампата в стаята не може да се изгаси. Няма копче за тази лампа. Единственият вариант е да махнете картата от слота за електричество, но тогава не може да използвате климатика и контактите, телевизора. Част от персонала е мързелив. Рано сутринта ми отказаха настаняване, дори срещу заплащане за eqrly check in. Час по-късно нпвата смяна веднага намери стая и ме настаниха с такса, но се оказа че има свободна стая а нощната смяна ме излъгаха че няма. Стаята е чиста, леглото удобно, но ф9айе, басейн са мръсни, стари и занемарени. Струва си само, ако имате 1 нощувка колкото да си починете и се махайте бързо от там. Имаше и читави хора от персонала, но е лотария.
Забравете за топъл душ. Топла водя няма.
Location to Airport. Evening meal next door at Gateway Hotel where we should have stayed. The reception and security guard were very supportive.
Sheets and clean towels stained even after being washed. 5 requests made to sort non working TV ignored. Loud neighbours playing music, very tired and unloved building/ facilities. Poor value for money.
