The hotel room was very dirty and not suitable to stay or sleep.
Never recommend this hotel.
Nothing at all from this hotel. Very poor managing
The hotel was not even prepared for the me checking in after the normal check-in time. We got our towels at 8 pm. The staff kept promising the towels would come every half hour after our arrivals and check in. Eventually, we set in the reception area and waited for towels, which they said would arrive in 5 mins but actually took 30 mins.
No bath mat and face towel provided.
TV 📺 did not work in the rooms. I had a chat with other guests, and they had encountered the same issues.
Woke up to go to the toilet and found the floor being flooded by some leak in the hand basin.
No wifi in the room. Mobile data does not even have a great reception.
The swimming pool was ver dirty, leaves and pollen in the pool water.
The BBQ area smelt of urine. A very poor hygiene.

U guys forgot to put plates n towel in my room. Rest was great 👍 👌

Location, ease of access. affordability. Very good for a quick night stay.

They refused to give hand towels or a bath mat. No food facilities. They told me to go next door through a dodgy vacant block that smelt like sewage for dinner at 10pm at night alone. They made me wait in the morning while they ch coed my room before giving my security deposit back.

that was the worse hotel i ever stayed in fiji no food no drinks no tv a $50 bond to get your room $50 extra to check in before 2pm booking com should not have this hotel on there books
everythink a lot of money for a bed
It’s just need a little renovation and cleaning up ,I booked it cause it’s close to the airport and had shuttle service and breakfast included just to find out that the kitchen is under construction but that’s fine with me cause the customer service agent was the best and I felt at ease .

Convenient location as walking distance to the airport for one night in between flights. Nice staff who helped carry my bags up stairs.
Whilst the room looked otherwise clean, I noticed some bugs by the bathroom sink. The shower wouldn’t heat up and whilst there was a towel there was no bathmat provided. Also note that there is no wifi.
