The second closest airport motel, around 300 m walk from the departure area. Super easy to locate. Beds were comfy. Air con was good. Large, spacious room. Friendly staff. I was happy that the security guard walked us to our room and went in first.
My first thoughts were ‘sketchy’. Customers and staff were sleeping or lazing around in the reception and it felt like the type of place you could rent a room by the hour or where they sent prisoners after being released. The wifi only worked in reception and pool area. I wouldn’t have liked to bring children here. the card for the a/c was an Aussie guys driver’s licence.
Gives you what you need for just a layover flight. didn’t expect anything more. Elderly Fiji man who was our bellboy/bellhops was lovely to help us take our heavy bags to and from the taxi, makes me smile when you still have this generation still working hard.
Tv didn’t work, couldn’t find remote otherwise everything else was fine.

The location, close to the airport.
The beds. The base of the bed were sticking out on both sides and the mattress did not fit into it. Which made it difficult for us elderly to get out of bed.

The location to airport was only like for our last minute decision stay. We didn't want to risk any issues with a 5am transfer from our accom down on coral coast. Wish we had of now.
Everything. Was very old and run down. I didn't note any reviews advising there was no wifi in the room. It only available in the lobby where there were a bunch of people watching things with no headphones. Lots of noise also in the pool below the rooms and hallways till late. Had to go back down and ask for towels, which were torn, thin and looked stained. We got in at 8pm and hungry, so thankfully we discovered the Gateway Hotel next door with a convenience store and restaurant still open.
The only thing which I like is that the hotel is near the airport.
I was not provided with the remote for the air conditioner. There was no milk in the room for tea or coffee. The room needs repairs. The lock was not working properly at all. There was no remote for the TV. I was not provided with access to the wi-fi and they mentioned there would be separate charges if I needed Wi-Fi.
