No television, no internet in room.

Property needs better maintenance. When we checked in to a family room that sleeps 4, we were given, over the reception, 3 towels and a remote for the air conditioner. Also, a F$50 cash deposit was required. So make sure you have cash on you. Felt that was strange. Asked for 1 more towel and they said we were only limited to 3. Towels were also stained and slightly brown instead of clean white. The toilet flush was constantly flowing. The maintenance staff checked it and didn't come back to repair it. So our sleep was affected by the noise, even with the toilet door closed. They didn't even offer to change the room even though they didn't look full.

The knob to the wardrobe was broken, you could feel the springs while sleeping on the mattress. Floors were clean.

It was a little old, a little dusty. If you have a dust allergy, you might get itchy. Read the reviews before we stayed and brought our own pillowcases and this made our stay more comfortable.

This shouldn't be listed as hotel for people to stay..Omg the smell of the room is terribly bad and very disgusting including bed sheets. The property didn't met our expectation according to what they mention and explain about the property on the website to what we actually witness .The customer service at reception was very poor. Was asking the service desk about why there were few dollars extra being deducted from my account added to the booking but didn't gave us a good, clear and proper explanation. We thought they have provided our room a card or piece of paper with the wifi login as they mentioned on the website but they didn't. So we went back and asked the service desk for the wifi login and the guy at the service desk nod his head to me with his hand reached for my phone (for my phone to handed over to him) thinking it could be something to do with my phone of why the wifi wasn't working, while I was watching his move, I could clearly see hes trying to enter the wifi login in my phone, then I quickly interupted him before he could swipe my phone by saying, Oh I thought you should have provided us a card or a piece of paper with the wifi login for the guest to put down themself rather than you going through guest phone. so I dont know if its just us that this is happening to or to every guest.. Really not recommended this Trans International hotel to anyone.. Didn't had a good sleep due to the very strong bad smell and dirty. Not worth the money. $187.78 AUD for one night compare to the other cheapest hotel.. I believe this hotel is only good for the location but nothing else.

The rooms including shower and toilet was dirty full of moulds and very smelly. The towel provided was full of stain and smelly

The cleanliness of room was way below expectations. The bedsheets had several noticeable stains, and the beds were very uncomfortable. A lady from another room was also heard complaining to the staff about dirty sheets. The air conditioner in our initial room was broken and leaked all over our luggage when turned on, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, that room was also not properly cleaned, the bathroom had clearly not been serviced, with an unflushed toilet and the area around the toilet seat left dirty. We were tired of the hassle and waits and didn’t bother complaining anymore.
The beds, balcony and outdoor furniture were old, worn, and dusty, adding to the overall impression that the property is quite outdated. The photos on the listing does not accurately reflect the current condition of the hotel. In reality, it felt more like a budget motel than the hotel presented online.

Overall, we did not feel it offered good value for the price. Our driver recommended the nearby Gateway Hotel, which appeared to be in much better condition based on its exterior and reception area.

Mould infestation in shower , bed stabbed me with every spring it contained , tv didn't work , took ages to get my room , the place smells , toilets are rank as , you can smell them when you walk past

Very dirty. Bathroom water goes everywhere. 12.30am (midnight) someone is working on the roof with maybe a hammer. Could not sleep at all and have got a early morning flight. Very uncomfortable

No food, no ATM, no towels, no water no coffee or tea bags in room

They had no drinking water and could not even sell us some. No effort to go and get some. We cancelled our room on arrival once we sore it. It was disgusting, staff were unhelpful and it looked nothing like the photos. DO NOT STAY HERE!
