Zakelijke overnachting met een vakantie gevoel!
Pros:

Locatie is super, hotel romantisch, traditioneel Duitse sfeer.

Cons:

Dit was een overnachting op een zakelijke trip met een late arrival. Ik kom graag op een zomerdag terug als ik wat meer tijd heb om van het hotel en de omgeving te genieten.

Pros:

The location might be very good for hikers, but not for an en route stopover

Cons:

The restaurant shut at 1800. There was a short menu in German, no translation with a list of about 10 items, mainly snacks, which we persuaded the one member of staff to serve us at 1900.
The decoration of the hotel dates to the last century, with the heads of world wide animal life decorating the walls.
The breakfast was a very average continental.
No soap in the bathroom dispenser. A bit late to ask when you are standing naked in the shower.

Gern wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderschön und ruhig; man kann bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit einem großen Schrank, zwei Stühlen und einem Tisch. Auf dem Balkon hatten wir Aussicht auf die Wildgehege. Die Matratzen waren gut, und alles war ordentlich und sauber. Die Treppen sind breit und mit Teppich ausgelegt (keine Rutschgefahr). Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel ist eine gute Wahl für Familien, Hundebesitzer, Wanderer, und Besucher der Veranstaltungen in der Nähe (z.B. Calwer Klostersommer).

Cons:

Bei der Reiseplanung sollten Gäste darauf achten, dass es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt.

Perfekt für ruhige Tage in der Natur
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super gemütlich und sehr urig eingerichtet, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie möchten alles möglich machen, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Es ist wundervoll ruhig in einer Senke am Wald gelegen. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab alles, was man braucht. Auch der Hund wurde super aufgenommen und hat sich wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das war für uns absolut nicht negativ, wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und fanden den Schwarzwald-Charme klasse!

Für mich persönlich war die Gegend traumhaft.
Pros:

Der Standort war direkt am Wald und Natur Pur.
Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen sowie die Zimmer. Wer also keinen Luxus braucht ist hier sicherlich sehr zufrieden.
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und das Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Man merkt direkt, dass es ein Familien Unternehmen ist, was mir sehr gefallen hat.
