一人入住還好,如不介紹沖涼間照明昏暗.

Pros:

遠征で利用しました。
大変丁寧でしっかりとした接客。
お部屋も広くて快適でした。

Cons:

ホテルの入り口に奇抜な髪型の人がずっといた。
夕飯を食べに外出した時に気づき、ホテルに戻った時もいたので少し不安に感じた。

Excellent Location with great amenites and comfortable stay
Pros:

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Japan so far. Did have abit of trouble finding the hotel reception which is located on the 1st floor. I had accidentally booked a Smoking permitted room and I wanted to change it which the staff said they can do the next day as they were fully booked the first day of my stay. But after visiting the room I decided to stay as the smell was not that strong and I really liked the view from the room which was the Sendai station. The room was spacious and the furnishing was well setup. They even had batch salts for those who would like a soak in the tub after a long day. Housekeeping was on point, with everything well stocked in and the room made up like it was the first day. Location was excellent as it was right next to Sendai station. The central air conditioning here was good too and probably the only hotel where I had a good night’s sleep as most hotel the air condition is limited to certain temperatures that cannot be set to individual requirements.

Cons:

I really like this hotel. However they do charge a tourist room tax. I stayed for 2 nights and I believe I payed $660. It would be good if this was included in the price we pay via booking.com.
