Uitstekende lokatie, mooie kamer, vriendelijke personeel. Plan je ontbijt elders.
Pros:

De algemene look van het hotel in combinatie met de ligging. Mooie, ruime en propere duplex kamer.

Cons:

Ontbijt. Ik vond het spijtig dat er geen echte ontbijtruimte voorzien was. Dat had ik niet begrepen toen ik boekte. Ik had dan veel liever elders gaan ontbijten.

Pros:

La struttura è ospitata all'interno di un bellissimo palazzo nobiliare di recente ristrutturazione, vicino al centro storico. Il livello di pulizia delle aree comuni e della camera a me assegnata è stato ineccepibile. L'accoglienza molto cortese. A disposizione degli ospiti, the, caffè e panna da caffè, acqua filtrata. Per quanto riguarda l'acqua, purtroppo, l'odore di cloro è molto intenso. La frequentazione della struttura è molto tranquilla.

Cons:

La mia camera, dotata di due bei balconcini, affacciava su Calle Amor de Dios, via molto frequentata sia da mezzi a motore, sia da persone talvolta ... irrequiete: l'insonorizzazione non è buona, un plus potrebbe essere lasciare dei tappi auricolari per gli ospiti. Manca la cassaforte in stanza. Nel kit di cortesia da bagno, sarebbe stato un plus se fossero state messe a disposizione le ciabattine e la cuffia per doccia. La mia camera era provvista di angolo cucina: è un po' scarno, per chi ama cucinare, manca uno scolapiatti, oltre a strofinacci e tovagliato. Per chi prevede soggiorni lunghi, la presenza di un stendino per abiti e qualche mensola è limitante. Un piccolo armadio con cassettiera sarebbe l'ideale anche in ragione dell'ampiezza della camera da letto.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, cheerful, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and full of character. What I loved most was its authentic Sevillian atmosphere. Staying here felt like stepping back in time and living in one of Seville’s beautiful historic palaces. The building is over 150 years old and has been wonderfully preserved, offering a unique and memorable experience.

Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Seville.
