Hotel Imperium

Nu a fost nimeni la recepție, pentru checkin a trebuit să sunăm și a venit cineva din bucătărie. Nu a venit nimeni să facă curat, să golească coșurile de gunoi etc. Hotelul este mai mult concentrat pe sală de evenimente de lângă, cel puțin așa ni s-a părut. Nu am fost anunțați în prealabil ca o să fie un eveniment în sala de lângă, mai ales în weekend să țineți cont de asta dacă vă cazați aici. Există un singur balcon mare, conectat cu celelalte camere.

Кондиционер управляется владельцем, очень шумный, блок управления заблокирован. Ванная комната с запахом канализации.

Śniadanie mikroskopijne jak w przedszkolu. Brak herbaty, tylko sok, woda lub kawa. Pracownica oprócz rumuńskiego nie zna obcych języków. Balkon w opisie pokoju to wspólny dla kilku pokoi taras. Budynek to bardziej dom weselny z zapleczem hotelowym. Lokalizacja przy ruchliwej drodze. Dostęp do hotelu przez podany kod cyfrowy.

For a 4-star hotel, we were disappointed by a few things.

There was no receptionist present during our entire four-night stay. We did not see anyone at reception at all. When we arrived, our room key had simply been left for us on the reception desk. This was quite surprising for a hotel advertised as 4-star.

There is also no lift. On the first night, we had to carry our baby’s stroller up around 20 stairs to reach our room. After that, we stopped taking the stroller upstairs and carried the baby instead, which was inconvenient.

The room cleaning was inconsistent. On the first day, nobody cleaned our room. On the second day, we left the “clean the room” sign on the door. The bed sheets were changed, which we noticed because one of our children had accidentally got a little chocolate on them, and we were also given fresh towels. However, the floors had not been cleaned. When we returned from being out, we noticed quite a lot of ants on the floor.

The cleaner also took away our “clean the room” sign, so on the third day we had no sign to put on the door. When we returned that day, the room had not been cleaned.

I do want to mention that the cleaning lady herself was very lovely and friendly. She spoke with us and our children and was very pleasant.

The hotel looks lovely from the outside, but the room itself felt quite old and dated. The bathroom was particularly disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell that I would not expect from a 4-star hotel, and the shower area looked strange and unfinished. It appeared that there may previously have been a bathtub there which had been removed, as there were visible marks/cuts left on the wall. Overall, the bathroom did not give us the impression of being particularly clean or well maintained.

The room itself was very spacious, which was a positive, but unfortunately it was not as clean as we expected, especially considering the hotel’s 4-star rating.

Rezervi o cameră pentru odihnă dar proprietarul nu îți spune ca este si un majorat. La ora 03.00 AM bubuie muzica fără nici un stres. Plătești 50 de euro camera si odihna 0. Ca și proprietar nu ar trebui să oferi spre închiriere camere dacă stii ca ai și eveniment in aceeași seară. Figuri de **** stele dar respect 0 . Păcat ca nu pot incarca video in care am filmat cam cum se auzea muzica din camera la ora 00.20.

Bliskość do dość ruchliwej drogi. Ja miałem pokój od drugiej strony, ale było słychać przejeżdżające ciężarówki.

Nem jelezték előre, hogy rendezvény lesz és így egy 18 órás utazás és túrázás után nem tudtunk pihenni, mert hajnali fél4ig rezgett az ágy a hangos zene miatt.
Reggelre nagyon durva szennyvízcsatorna szag lett mind a kettő szobában, amit kivettünk.

I servizi e la pulizia erano discreti! Colazione scarsa e non variegata, un po' in ritardo.
