The room was spacious enough to comfortably open two 28" suitcases. The automated system doesn't have a reception desk, but it responds quite quickly via chat. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the accommodation.
The parking area can accommodate approximately 5 cars. It's far from the city center, but close to the airport.

Great place. Not very close to the centre but you have a bus stop just in front that takes to to the centre in 10-15min
Comfortable beds, easy self check in, bus stop to city centre a short walk away, supermarket downstairs, modern looking room.
Basics such as shampoo, body wash, oil, salt & pepper would have been good to save us from buying big bottles and throwing it way after.
location is really convenient - bus stops right in front of the apartment building, and they have supermarket in the same building.
apartment is small but new and well maintained - it’s clean, warm, has a washing machine and a dishwasher. No dryers but toilet has underfloor heating which makes your laundry dry in few hours.
and of course we were pleasantly surprised when we could see northern lights from our big window in first night!
I think the price is a little bit high, but considering it’s Tromso and it was season when you could witness northern lights from the window maybe it’s normal.
It is a wonderful tidy apartment with all you need. Comfortable and clean. Public transport nearby.

The flat was warm
Our experience at this accommodation was very disappointing. What was presented as “art” appeared to be nothing more than water damage, which created an unpleasant and unclean impression. Unfortunately, our bed was positioned directly next to this wall, giving the room an uncomfortable, almost garage-like atmosphere.
In our opinion, the property does not meet the standards expected of a 3-star rating; even a 2-star rating would be generous.
Additionally, our interaction with the staff was unsatisfactory. We found them to be dismissive and unhelpful. For example, when we inquired about the availability of a toaster, we were told it was not provided because it is “not part of Norwegian culture,” which felt like an unprofessional response rather than a genuine explanation.
Overall, we did not enjoy our stay, and it stands out as one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had.
The view from the room was great. It's close to city centre. Supermarket in the building was convenient. The washing machine and kitchen was great.
The pillows were flat. We ask one of the cleaning lady for extra pillows and she said that she doesn't have any, and didn't even try to help us. Poor communication from customer service.I message the owner and got a reply hours later. The room was clean but It looked neglected a bit. There were still hair in the room and bathroom. The furnitures and bedsheets were dusty. The handwash bottle was crushed and its hard to get soap out of it. No TV in the apartment.
