The flat was warm
Our experience at this accommodation was very disappointing. What was presented as “art” appeared to be nothing more than water damage, which created an unpleasant and unclean impression. Unfortunately, our bed was positioned directly next to this wall, giving the room an uncomfortable, almost garage-like atmosphere.
In our opinion, the property does not meet the standards expected of a 3-star rating; even a 2-star rating would be generous.
Additionally, our interaction with the staff was unsatisfactory. We found them to be dismissive and unhelpful. For example, when we inquired about the availability of a toaster, we were told it was not provided because it is “not part of Norwegian culture,” which felt like an unprofessional response rather than a genuine explanation.
Overall, we did not enjoy our stay, and it stands out as one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had.
The view from the room was great. It's close to city centre. Supermarket in the building was convenient. The washing machine and kitchen was great.
The pillows were flat. We ask one of the cleaning lady for extra pillows and she said that she doesn't have any, and didn't even try to help us. Poor communication from customer service.I message the owner and got a reply hours later. The room was clean but It looked neglected a bit. There were still hair in the room and bathroom. The furnitures and bedsheets were dusty. The handwash bottle was crushed and its hard to get soap out of it. No TV in the apartment.
A very comfortable apartment with everything you might need for your stay already prepared for you. Communication was very easy and we were answered immediately. A very nice place to stay and very well connected by public transport to the city center. It was also in a very peaceful area, all in all we had a very cozy stay.
We stayed 19 nights in their apartment. It was comfortable, quiet, warm, and cozy, and for us, very well located with a supermarket, bus stop, and an area to see the Northern Lights, which was wonderful. We saw them as soon as we opened the door or through the apartment's window. We had a few questions, and they answered them immediately and resolved them. We would definitely return and stay with them again.
Местоположението на апартаментите са на удобно място. В близост има супермаркети и спирка на автобус която е от и до летището, не сменяш няколко транспорта! Също така централната част на града е на 15 минути. Апартамента е топъл и има всичко необходимо за по лек и приятен престой. 😊
Ме мисля,че има нещо което не ми хареса всичко беше чудесно.
Funkcjonalny, dużo miejsca, wiele szafek. Blisko jest dobrze wyposażony sklep. Po 25 minutach spaceru obserwowaliśmy zorzę.
Bardzo ślisko wokół budynku - dopiero gdy kupiliśmy raczki na buty czuliśmy się swobodnie.

La iluminación es increíble los espacios perfectos
L'emplacement, il est neuf donc agréable, la vue et très calme.
Il manque quelques équipements : torchon, ciseaux, éponges, micro-onde.
Le top serait d'avoir deux oreillers
Et il faisait BEAUCOUP trop chaud et nous n'avons pas réussi a baisser la température du chauffage.
Funcional i net, per nosaltres ideal la situació, a 10 minuts en el bus 42 al centre i te un supermercat molt gran just a baix.
