Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised — I didn’t expect that level of comfort at all! The apartment was spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. From the bedding to the living area, everything exceeded my expectations. It made my stay in Riyadh so much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Everything was wonderful overall. The only minor challenge was that another property in the city shares the same name, which occasionally confused taxi drivers. Once we shared the exact location pin, it was easier to find.

Pros:

The Staff were so friendly and helpful, and next to mini mart which is excellent. I so much enjoyed my recent stay in Riyadh and will surely be back again to this place when I am back in Riyadh next time.

Amazing apartment quality!
Pros:

Amazing apartments, super clean and fitted all possible amenities. Staff even agreed for a free extra bed.

Cons:

Parking is a major issue. Swimming was not allowed for children.

overall it was very nice place to stay and will visit again whenever again visit Riyadh.
Pros:

Perfect location and cleanliness.

Cons:

there was smell of diesel in the room. which remained for 1 day. they have some diesel storage or generators, have to work on improving this aspect to avoid entering smell in rooms.
