Clean, spacious and friendly staff
Pros:

Clean spacious rooms. The staff are welcoming. Breakfast is okay, you have variety of meals to chose from

Very clean
Pros:

I liked how clean it was. The staff was helpful too and trustable. We left tips on the bed and the cleaning lady was still doubting take it and doubled checked with us the next day. Also I liked how staff tracked our breakfast and gave back the money because of one day that we skipped.

Cons:

I didn't like that the fan had to be requested, it was not in the room and that there was no warm heater to hang the towels to dry. The shower slippers were not provided as well. And the cleaning lady came too early to clean which was a bit disturbing. Usually the cleaning happens during the afternoon when people tend to be out of rooms..however, that doesn't change the fact that I really loved the hotel❤️

Stunning views that will take your breath away, it's so quiet and therapeutic.
Pros:

We absolutely love the location,comfort and cleanliness of this hotel.

Overall, very professional, friendly and engaging staff. The room was well kept and we rested well.
Pros:

Great value for money. Hotel location is central to Thohoyandou and outskirts, making it easy to get to the places on our itinerary.

Cons:

The bathroom lacked a towel rack, so we struggled to air dry our guest towels and cloths after showers, which was an inconvenience really. Kindly consider installing retractable wall-mounted clotheslines in the shower or mounting a rack on the shower glass.

It would also be helpful to have a bar fridge in the room.
