The property is visually stunning from the outside. The interior is also impressive especially as the hotel is relatively new so everything looks new. The dining room is impressive and the food is of high quality. The rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommend the property which is close to 5 stars rather than the 4 stars it is rated. The rate we got was also very good. The proximity to the Golden Temple is about 15 mins in a taxi.
Overall staff were great special mention to Rajesh who gave my parents early check in. One small gripe was that the hotel said we could have an extended check out, on the day we went to Harminder Sahib, but then started to call us about noon as they said they needed the room back, this created a bit of a rush for the excursion.

The hotel makes a strong first impression with its grand lobby and overall scale. The friendly, professional, and helpful staff made for a smooth and very pleasant stay. Dining options were extensive with very good food throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return!
Cleanliness, Location and Scenic beauty

Location is very good. Very close to train station. Hotel entrance looks very royal. Food is very tasty. Breakfast had lot many options to satisfy everyones taste buds. Food was freshly made. Highlight was kulcha and masala milk.
Location is relatively peaceful for being located within a vibrant 24/7 city - proximity to railway station and Lal Ma Devi Temple - rooms with balconies and two working lifts - excellent breakfasts and In Room dining - reception including night staff awesome and door staff - little glitches with housekeeping which they worked promptly to resolve - would stay again.

Advertised roof terrace which turned out to be under construction and inaccessible but this information wasn’t communicated clearly.
Everyone clearly working hard and doing their very best but there were small repeated shortfalls but nothing unresolved within short space of time.

Amenities missing from room
Nice views and breakfast was good. Very large room.
Finishings were very cheap and parts of the room were unfinished. We had a sewage smell in the 1st room we got then moved.
The hotel place is great, the breakfast was super good and employees are super welcome
The room weren’t super clean , the furniture are all damaged. It was freezing we had to wear our ski jacket at breakfast, température is the same than outside… this is terrible. And no sport facilities open due to renovations

We had a good stay at Sarovar Premiere Amritsar. The property is stunning and the rooms were very nice and clean. The location was great- everything was about 10 minutes away. And, we thought the food was top-notch!
Not all the facilities/amenities at the hotel were open to us due to construction. Also, there was a NYE party and the tickets sold-out. We wish the staff would have let us know the sell-out expectation so we could make our plans earlier.
