Pros:

The location was what made Me book this property. They have a good restaurant too. that's where all the good things end. We had contacted the hotel about an early check-in and had confirmed it but when we reached there we were told it's not available and we reached there to pay Rs.8000 for three hours early to check in when the room cost is Rs.4000 per day. So we just went back and stayed out waiting for three hours so we could finally check in.
When we got the room it was a nice big spacious room we were staying for two weeks on the second day. We found a lot of cockroaches in the evening and we informed the hotel they offered someone to come and clean it and said they would pest control before the next night. So we shifted rooms at 11:30 pm. The next day they promised the room was cleaned and done with pest control and we could move back. We shifted back to the original room and again the same problem occurred bought it to notice to the hotel they said we can clean again so this again at 11:30 in the night we sat while the man cleaned the room the next day we went and spoke to reception about this issue they did not offer a change of room or anything. They just said it will get cleaned. We will take care of the issue. This was told to us the whole trip but the cockroaches kept coming from all directions running over the bed the pillows while my four year old and I slept. By the end of the trip, my wife refused to stay here.Especially after me and my daughter got sick.
