Bathroom was not clean. Intercom does not work. TV does not work. Price does not match at all with facilities provided.

Convenient Location. Wonderful Staff. No Cultural Activities / programs on property.
Pros:

The resort and the staff at the property are very good, friendly, responsive, and hospitable. The resort location is convenient and very close to the road to heaven. The location is convenient if you are coming from Ahmedabad or Rajkot.

Cons:

The resort has no cultural program or activities (at least not at the end of Jan). The only resorts with cultural activities are the Tent City in Dhorda and the Tent City in Dholavira. Their cultural programs are only accessible to their registered guests.

A new resort that was clean

Cons:

1. The staff needs to improve attitude
2. We didn't get hot water on tap... some plumbing issues that were later rectified.
3. Construction activities are going on adding to dust and noise.
4. Food was okay.
5. The rooms require a kettle with tea / coffee facilities... as the restaurant has fixed timings

Very best experience at Kutch
Pros:

If you want to visit Rann of Kutch lake, it is the best option. Room is very clean and hot water is strongly available for shower. There was also a program at night which we can enjoy local music performance. The restaurant serves tasty garam garam food.

Cons:

For foreigners, we recommend to bring cash as international credit card might cause payment issue.

Very good
Pros:

This property is quite new (opened in Nov) and while that is good in terms of new furniture, linen etc, it also comes with some teething issues. But none that the staff are willing to address. The restaurant offers fixed meals and the food is tasty. One of the attractions of this property is that it is located right at the end of the Road through Heaven and start of Dholavira town and so it is quite convenient to go on a drive late in the night on the road for a quite stargazing once all the tourists have left.
