Cut into my stay
Pros:

Close to the venue

Cons:

I had to wait an hour and a half after check-in time to get my room and still charge the same right at 11 AM I was kicked out out of the room

• The hotel stay from July 16-18 was marred by an unwelcoming front desk staff who provided poor service, including a lack of information and a refusal to extend the stay despite online availability.

• The assigned room also failed to meet expectations, offering a parking lot view instead of a mountain view, leading to a feeling of being undervalued and overcharged.

Great experience
Pros:

The location was perfect it was a short drive away from our event's venue. The restaurant located in hotel was great, food was incredible and staff was friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the stay. Children enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

Did like that the pool closes at 8pm for children. I think that is to early for closer for the children especially durning the week days. It would be a good idea to extend the hour. Adults stay up later to gamble and drink why not give the children the extra time.

A pleasant surprise, almost a Vegas experience.

Poor public relationship
Pros:

Room is spacious

Cons:

Poor staff habits, needs training to handle customer, speaking to each alot while customer waits, do not deliver and not botheree at all. My tv remote was not working called the room service for replacement took 2 hours they kept lying that a new remote had been brought and tv reset... had to eventually go to the reception myself. No complimentary breakfast
