Toller Aufenthalt im Strandresort- ganz allein
Pros:

Wir waren in der Nachsaison ganz allein als Gäste dort. Trotzdem wurden wir ganz hervorragend betreut. Das Frühstück wurde von Senora Rita serviert und war toll und liebevoll zubereitet. Alles war top in Schuss und blitzsauber.
Der Preis pro Nacht war einfach fantastisch.

Tutto è stato perfetto, le persone che lavorano e i propietari sono stati gentilissimi e attenti ad ogni nostra richiesta, la colazione semplice ma completa di tutto, dalla frutta ai dolci della signora fatti in casa e brioche farcite, la piscine grande il giusto pulitissima e le camere come da richiesta di nostro gradimento. Con la presente desidero segnalare un’esperienza estremamente negativa presso la struttura da me prenotata tramite la vostra piattaforma.
Abbiamo pagato e prenotato per tre persone, ma al nostro arrivo la struttura ha registrato solo due ospiti. Avevamo avvisato che la terza persona sarebbe arrivata successivamente, ma al suo arrivo la proprietaria non le ha consentito l’accesso, nonostante la prenotazione fosse stata regolarmente saldata per tre persone.
Durante il soggiorno abbiamo subito comportamenti scortesi, discriminatori per via del nostro linguaggio italiano e invadenti sulla nostra privacy.
La proprietaria ha mostrato atteggiamenti razzisti e omofobi.
Non abbiamo avuto privacy e venivamo controllati dalle finestre.
Ci è stata limitata la libertà di movimento poiché il cancello veniva chiuso a mezzanotte, impedendoci di rientrare in autonomia e goderci la nostra vacanza, uscire in discoteca o altro.
Inoltre, in data 29, sono stato costretto a lasciare anticipatamente la struttura a causa di ulteriori episodi gravissimi.
Il marito della proprietaria ha avuto atteggiamenti scurrili e minacciosi: mentre il mio amico (la terza persona inclusa nella prenotazione) era con me per sistemare le valigie, ci ha spiati dalle finestre e successivamente ha suonato alla porta minacciando di chiamare i Carabinieri se la persona non avesse lasciato immediatamente la proprietà.
A seguito di questo episodio mi sono sentito profondamente a disagio, spaventato e in lacrime, tanto da dover abbandonare la stanza con i miei amici. Siamo stati costretti a trovare un altro alloggio d’urgenza, sostenendo ulteriori spese non previste, pari a 70 € per una sola notte in hotel.
Alla luce di quanto accaduto, vi chiedo con urgenza:
-Il rimborso completo della differenza pagata per la terza persona mai accolta.
-Un rimborso sostanziale (fino alla maggior parte del costo totale del soggiorno) per i gravi disservizi, la discriminazione subita e l’impossibilità di proseguire la permanenza.

Relax in Puglia
Pros:

Struttura nuova e con una particolare attenzione e cura per i dettagli: dalle zone relax ai giochi x i bambini! Piscina molto bella e fornitura teli ogni giorno puliti. Colazione disponibile al bar della piscina ottima con cornetti e torte fatte in casa dalla proprietaria. Appartamento spazioso con angolo cottura attrezzatissimo e patio esterno ampio. La sigra Rita e il Signor Antonio sono persone cordiali, garbate e gentili. Annalisa della reception super carina e disponibile. pulizia generale eccellente!! Super consigliato! si arriva alla spiaggia in meno di 5 min a piedi su una strada pedonale.

Bardzo dobre apartamenty, cisza, wygoda, pomocny gospodarz,bliskość miasta, do którego można w 49 min dojść plaża, bardzo ładna i spokojna okolica w otoczeniu palm

Publiczna plaża w okolicy jest bardzo zaniedbana, można tam plażować w ograniczonym zakresie, w innym przypadku pozostaje skorzystanie z plaży płatnej

Breve ma estremamente piacevole
Pros:

Ringrazio i titolari e la responsabile amministrativa Annalisa per la loro cortesia e disponibilità nonché professionalità. Si sono prodigati per gestire al meglio la colazione di mia figlia celiaca.
La struttura è una vera chicca ben organizzata e lontana dal frastuono del centro cittadino

Freedom and cleanliness
Pros:

pretty well organized service at a family owned place. Impeccably clean. Breakfast is "dolce", so sweeties only, might be unusual to meat or egg eaters. But this is the south italian way. The beach is in walking distance, wellkept with black sand. This is a MAGNETIC, vulcanic metal sand, so your mobile phone will be dirty with that and you cannot clean it with ease. Furthermore, this should not brought to the apartment, the landlord is keen about it. No bare foot, very hot sand, but nice.
Drink spritz, coffee, beer at the bar, swim in the hydromassage freshwater pool.

Cons:

There is only one window on the apartment, the air circulation therefore not perfect. AC is OK. There is a remote disco noise at nights up to 2AM. You have to sleep with window closed. Noise insulation works.
