This hotel was a good location. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed.
Hard to find. It is where it shows on Google maps but the picture of the building on Google maps did not look like the same property. Also there was no sign board so no way of knowing it was a hotel. This needs to be sorted to prevent people wandering around. Phone number provided was useless. When I called it said I wasn't calling from a known booking. Well yes I was using a local Sim to call not my English number.
No hook or rail in bathroom to hang towel. Light on in fridge but that was about it. Did not cool anything.

The location was given from the property is in different places & which was display in online it was totally different, same problem struggling another Russian Guest also, Breakfast option is not Buffet, it's only one items for each person, we don't like the hotel.
The location was good
It was very disorganised. Since I was on a work trip, I checked in very late. The booking showed 24/7 reception service however they was no one available. We had to call them and they made us wait for a very long time. They even said the booking is full, after we argued with them and showed them our booking they gave us a room. We were just given the key to go by self and enter the room. The receptionist left. Once we entered the room, only one towel was there, when we were 2 of them. We called to ask them, they refused saying please manage we will give the second towel next morning!!. I mean this is unacceptable, what’s the use of giving the towel next day , when we have to check out? No service if anything was needed cause the receptionist wasn’t available!! He literally stayed some where else. We also had breakfast according to our booking, but they informed us no breakfast available. Very disappointed

The location was not clear, nor anyon knew the property locally. Searched the area as on maps but coudnt spot any board or identity of the hotel. Nobody was responding to phone calls made to the property. Also booking.com failed to connect us to the property or to send the exact location coordinates of the property

Service. Everything had to go to the Grand Royal for service. The staff at the property were not present all the time. The facilities in the room were poor. The cleaning was done every other day. Towels and toiletries were not checked everyday. It is based more for locals then people travelling from abroad. The first day we were put in a very basic room which had no toiletries. No TV. The rooms have no phone service. The picture on the website doesn't look the same as a restaurant has been made in front of the property. The picture on the website needs updating. Very misleading.
Didn't like the rooms and services provided by this suites..
Rooms are uncleaned and staff behaviour is really bad .
Please remove this suites from fab hotels .
