Location perfetta per iniziare ad immergersi nell'atmosfera di Heidi
Pros:

Hotel caratteristico a tema Heidi con foto del film e immagini del cartone animato, adatti per immergersi nell'atmosfera. Posizione comodissima: si arriva al Villaggio di Heidi in 5 minuti a piedi lasciando la macchina nel parcheggio dell'hotel. Struttura collocata fuori dal paese, in zona collinare silenziosa e tranquilla. Se non si vuole cenare in hotel bisogna scendere al paese utilizzando la macchina. Gentili le due signore addette alla colazione e il responsabile.

Cons:

Camera molto piccola con soffitto spiovente e senza mensole per appoggiare i propri oggetti. Lavandino a vista fuori dal locale bagno in cui si trovano solo il wc e una doccia molto stretta. Scostante e poco accogliente l'addetto reception che ci ha accolto la sera.

Pros:

La posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dal villaggio di Heidi,vista sulle montagne meravigliosa,parcheggio incluso.È stata un esperienza bellissima

L'accueil etait top, l'hôtel très très propre, petit déjeuner tres bien servis, diversifié et les repas du restaurant vraiment excellent. Je recommande +++

Wir kommen jederzeit gerne in den Heidihof zurück.
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist toll - man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht und Abends ist es angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr gut, kann man nur empfehlen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Und wir hatten eine grosse Terrasse direkt vor dem Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider hat das Bad in unserem Zimmer keinen Abzug und kein Fenster. Somit bleibt die ganze Feuchtigkeit im Raum eingeschlossen so dass es einen starken, unangenehmen Modergeruch gibt. Das müsste dringend renoviert werden. Aber wir waren beim letzten Besuch in einem anderen Zimmer wo das Badezimmer ein Fenster hatte. Dort war es tip top.

Comfort in a mountainous dreamscape in Heidiland
Pros:

If you are looking for tranquility and serenity, this is the place to go to. The environment is truly lovely and dreamy, the land of Heidi. The hotel is well maintained and fresh and clean, run by a group of very kind and devoted people. Then there is the awesome local bread they serve for breakfast, and the great coffee. The lady at the desk offered to take my bag upstairs. And you can watch the sun set behind the snowcapped mountains from the terrace, with Bad Ragaz all lit up in the distant valley. Nice easy trails to walk on, Heidi museum etc. Really wonderful. Parking in front.

Cons:

Well, if you're bad-legged, beware, there's stairs! But the kind lady offers to help you with your stuff.

Ausblick, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Balkon, Möglichkeit das Essen aus dem Restaurant auf dem eigenen Balkon zu verspeisen

Cons:

Leider waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig so dass wir an allen Tagen in der früh zwischn 05.00 und 07.0 von den Menschen über uns geweckt wurden!

Essen war zuerst kalt, haben dann aber lauwarme zweite Runde bekommen. Hotel alles in allem eher altmodisch, aber passt irgendwie :)
