Cons:

החדר היה בקומה שלישית , אחרי שיש עליה של קומה מהחניה, אין מעלית , גרם מדרגות מאד לא נוח. אין שום אזכור לכך בהזמנת החדר, בעייתי מאד עם מזוודות. למזלנו היה שם איש צוות אדיב שעזר לנו עם הגעתנו להעלות את המזוודות

It was AMAZING!
Pros:

We loved the location, and tried to take in the beauty of the majestic Alps! We don’t have mountains like that to enjoy in Pennsylvania (United States of America).
