Nice quiet neighborhood; the landlord was responsive to our questions; restaurants and grocery stores were walking distance
The main bed was a bit firm; we lost access to hot water (the landlord did provide fair compensation)

The house is well decorated. It’s good space for two people. They respond fast and assist well when messaging the number. I like that there were fresh towels ready for us and how simplistic yet good the house was. But they offered many supplies such as cleaning materials and extra toilet paper that were really good as well as soap and everything.
The sheets were stained with brown things. There were hair on the pillows of the bed (many) and the coffee machine and the drawers were dirty with hair and dirt. Also the instructions about throwing the trash weren’t that clear. The television is big but the quality is very bad. The wifi for the television wasn’t working too well and the tv controller is very slow. In the night you can hear people upstairs.
Place was very clean and cozy, and host was super friendly as well.
Amazing location, very walkable to Liberty Village, Budweiser Stage, Go Station, Coca-Cola Coliseum, etc., yet in a quiet area. Host was very responsive, 100% would book again.
Bed is very FIRM, and the A/C is on the louder side, just some things to consider if you are a light sleeper.
First of all, it was in a very cute neighborhood and around very nice other neighborhoods. The bed was actually quite comfortable even if it didn’t look like it from the photos! The host was very nice and replied very quickly to any questions we had.
There could be more cups, glasses, etc. We were 3 people but there were only 2 cups.

L’emplacement, la superficie du studio , le garage en sous sol , relativement tranquille aussi suivant les autres locataires . Bonne communication avec le propriétaire
L’adresse porte à confusion car le 34 c’est un bloc , on a un peu galéré pour trouver le studio qui plus est est en contrebas faut vraiment bien regarder pour voir le numéro de l’appartement.
Il manque aussi un peu de tasses à café. Climatisation trop bruyante , la douche pas très efficace.

The key system
Picture this: you’ve been traveling all day. You’re looking forward to relaxing at the lovely place you’ve booked in Toronto, in a cute neighborhood. You message the host before your arrival for the specifics on how to get in, but there’s no response. Your initial check-in time passes by. You go up to the door, and there are people inside! You knock, and electrician answers the door?! There are already people renting the property who have booked through a separate platform! Wow. The electrician calls the owner: no response. You call the owner: no response. You then have to scramble to try to book another property for your vacation. Not the best way to start your trip. However, with a call to Booking, we got all of our money back from this awful owner. :)
The location was great for local bars and cafes and downtown was a short taxi ride. The apartment was perfect for a couple and there was a small stock of useful items such as laundry pods. The washer and dryer were welcome as well.
The method of using the lockboxes was new to us and confused me for a short while but following the detailed instructions had it sorted quickly.
