Cons:

Couldn’t sleep as there was construction next door at 10 am for 3 days straight. We were not warned beforehand and no apologies were made. Other than that the room was spacious and had a great view.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage für Städtetrip oder Geschäftsreise

+ Gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem PKW und direkte Parkmöglichkeit in der Garage
+ Metro (Central Station) in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar

Cons:

- Der Zugang vom Parkdeck zur Hotel Lobby müsste freundlicher/einladender gestaltet werden.
Meist zählt der erste Eindruck und das schreckt leider etwas ab

Relaxing, comfortable, pleasant, with the experience being most enjoyable.
Pros:

From walking in you just sensed that the Hotel had some quality to it. The reception staff were polite and professional. The room was nice and clean with the most superb view of the river Tyne. We dined in for dinner and breakfast again quality was good and meals very appetising. Without doubt I will stay again.

Cons:

There isn’t much that could be bettered and can’t put my finger on one thing. The only minor detail and not really worth mentioning is tea and coffee tray in the room. It has tea and coffee and sugar for more than one cup, but milk for only one cup which then necessitates going down to reception or having room service bring more up to room. Minor yes but if you want more than one cup a little inconvenient

The room must have been the most basic one they could find. I’ve had better rooms in a travel lodge. It also smelt.

Cons:

My guests were asked upon arrival to provide credit card details in case of any damage to room.
Don't understand this when the details had been provided by myself when booking was made. Quite embarrassing if they hadn't been in a position to supply necessary cards.
