Room a bit dated although very clean.
Very nice staff and perfect location by the river. Very good size room. Buffet breakfast.

Very comfortable, clean hotel. Excellent location on the Quayside with views over the river. Light and airy, all rooms face the river. Car park adjoining the hotel. Room very clean and comfortable, nice toiletries. Had a great nights sleep. Hot and cold buffet breakfast. Lovely airy reception area.Very friendly and helpful staff. Taxis are available from hotel.
Not that I don’t like it but the car park entrance isn’t as well signposted as it could be ( I’d googled it).

It was a little noisy and the bed wasn't as comfortable as I hoped.
It is a good location
The hotel so very tired. Online on some sites I was told there was a swimming pool . This is why we booked there . Arrived and was told the swimming pool closed 15yeaes ago !
Room View
It was too hot, air conditioning was very very noisy and difficult to work out. Room wasnt worth the price we paid very basic. Also requested some oat milk and was told by reception we would be better off going to the restaurant and getting it ourself and take it to the room. Breakfast was not great black pudding like rubber, eggs were slavery quality not as I would have expected across the breakfast.
We love to come and stay at the Copthorne hotel it is a place that the staff are like family than staff everyone is so friendly the food is amazing the view is stunning you can't get a better hotel to stay at we will be back soon .

The location was great staff so helpful and Sam the assistant manager in particular
