Great location and little balcony which looked out over the river. Bed super comfortable and bedding nice.
Bathroom little dated and some hairs found but these are very minor. Overall excellent stay

The rooms are extremely dated. The bathroom taps had a lot of timescale and the bath was extremely aged
Great location. Lovely room with floor to ceiling window with a fab view to the river Tyne .
Easy access to the Quayside and its bars and restaurants. Great price on a Sunday .
The bar did not feel welcoming . It was empty and it was obvious why when people tried to enter from Quayside and the door was kept locked.
We also had to wait to be let outside from the bar to the outdoor seating .

Way too hot too sleep as no air con and a warm day - which aircon would be expected with the price anyways

Great hotel. Parking was good value and there were plenty of spaces. On arrival the staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean. The view over the river was lovely. We didn't have breakfast or food in the restaurant as we chose to enjoy the sunshine outdoors. Check out was friendly and efficient. I would certainly stay here again.

The beds are excellent, as well are the location and view on the river
Some of the facilities are a little bit dated, however everything was clean, and nothing was so worn that it bothered us
The room was very clean the view was lovely the staff were really nice could have done with 4 more milk for the room because of the heat the electric fan came in handy which kept me cool i slept very well
Just the milk portions wanted a couple more hot drinks i saw that they was a fridge should have bought some milk but other then that nothing to complain about
