Location is great
The bathroom was clean but a little tired
Great location for the Utilita Arena & Quayside
The room was more than big enough but it is quite dated. The bathrooms especially are in need of an upgrade.
Excellent location especially if you’re going to the arena for a show. Very friendly staff.
Nothing
Location, by the river. Not too difficult to get to from the train station but you habe to be fit as it is a steep down hill .... and up hill to get back.
Standing in a shallow bath to have a shower.
Lovely warm welcome at reception. Welcome drinks at the bar and an amazing room on the corner over looking the Tyne
Nothing
Great views, especially from the Club Rooms
The hotel is really showing its age and need major investment to bring it up to date. When it opened in the 1980 it was a 5 start hotel. The bedrooms are very dated as are the bathrooms.
EVERYTHING
NOTHING
The location was excellent, the staff from arriving were very polite, helpful and professional.
The hotel parking was very easy and value for money.
The room we stayed in 309 had a river view and was very clean, spacious and comfortable with a fridge, kettle, wardrobe & a safe.
The only thing I didn't like was not enough sockets or sockets next to the bed.
Everything amazing hotel
Could not fault a thing everything was perfect
Hairs on the bathroom
Not a 4 star hotel
excellent room , good breakfast , close to everything
nothing
Amazing location and lovely staff
The bathroom was a little dated, and the shower head was small and had little pressure
