Nagyon jó volt, tiszta, pihentető, figyelmes hely, gyönyörű környék!
Pros:

Friss, ízletes volt a reggel, figyelmes a kiszolgálás.

Cons:

Gyakori jelenség - itt is így volt: a fürdőszoba lámpa felkapcsolásával elindul az elszívó, hangos, sokáig megy.

Pros:

sajnos nagyon kevesen voltunk, emiatt a konyhai személyzet/pincér erős kéréseket adott az étkezési időpontokra. Viszont az étel nagyon finom volt elképesztő méretű adagokkal. Kár hogy az italfogyasztást az étteremben nem lehetett a számlához írni.

Családias, nyugodt, kényelmes környezet.
Pros:

Finomak voltak az ételek. Gyönyörű környéken van a hotel. A tengerszint feletti magasság miatt nagyon jó a levegő minősége. Nagyon jól lehet pihenni. A Mátra csodálatos. A hotel közel van sok túra útvonal kezdetéhez. A kirándulási lehetőségek kifogyhatatlanok.

Cons:

Rövid volt a szabadságunk.. :D

Egy estére szállásoltuk el a nagymamámat ebben a hotelben az esküvőnk alkalmával. Nagyon szép, jól felszerelt szobát kaptunk, tágas fürdőszobával és erkéllyel. Kényelmes és szép hotel, gyönyörű, nyugodt környezetben
