Pros:

Gorgeous place, great getaway for adults looking for something classy and quiet. Large, deep private bath in the room was great, food was stunning and open lounge bar is perfect for a nightcap by the fire.

107号室のスイートに泊まったのですが
外のテラスでコーヒーを飲みながら
上を見ると蜘蛛の巣がいっぱいあり
金属のテーブルには鳥フンがありました

室内はとても綺麗なのに
とても残念な気持ちになりましたので
是非改善して頂きたいです

Pros:

あくまでも個人の感想になりますが、夕食が残念でした。見た目は鮮やかでしたがお味は普通以下。特に肉寿司は正直マズかった。2部制で後発組は作り置きを出しているの？って感じました。
メニューにあるお高いお酒にあわせる料理ではなかった。

ステキなホテルでした。
スタッフの対応も良く、お料理も大変美味しかったです。
特に蛤と舞茸の土瓶蒸しが絶品でした。
いくらをのせたご飯も美味しかったです。
息子が白米を食べたいと、最後におにぎりをお願いしたら、快く握っていただき、これがとても美味しかったと言ってました。
おすすめのお土産を尋ねたら、親切に教えていただき、対応していただいた女性のスタッフの笑顔の対応が良かったです。
機会があったら、また、宿泊したいです。
