It’s totally worth every lari
Pros:

Amazing place. Great Old Town location in just 7 minutes of walking from metro station. Cozy balconies, panoramic rooftop view on sunsets (you can really see a lot), free bottle of wine, great host who was always responsive and kind. Stable wi-fi connection. There are some tables on the basement floor, so you can work there if you need. Clean bathrooms and good pressure of hot and cold water.

Cons:

Not that spacious rooms, but it’s quite OK for 2 people

Pros:

チェックイン時に、水とワインをサービスしてくれたこと。

Cons:

ホテルに14時頃に着いたがフロントに人がいない。
部屋のアメニティは石鹸と歯ブラシのみ。テレビは電源入れても、何も映らない。
部屋には、メモもティッシュもない。セーフティボックスは、部屋にもフロントにもない。ゴミ箱は洗面所のみで部屋にない。
クローゼットから布団を出したら、カバーにシミがついていて非常に汚い。よく、客に出さるものだと思った。
観光して帰ってきても、部屋が掃除されていない。ゴミも捨てられていない。タオル交換もなくは３日目に新しいのを提供してくれただけ。エレベーターが突然止まって、真っ暗になり怖かった。適当にボタンを押したら、すぐに動きだ最多けど危ないと思った。
シャワー浴びて寝るだけの部屋。快適さは皆無、部屋の掃除、ゴミ捨て、アメニティ交換なし。

Впечатлила терраса на крыше с великолепным обозрением на город. Номер уютный и чистый.
Pros:

Шикарное местоположение. В нескольких минутах от центра и Стеклянного моста. Очень радушный и гостеприимный хозяин. Встретил в аэропорту лично, с букетом роз (что было приятной неожиданностью). При заселении в подарок - домашнее вино (очень вкусное, спасибо, Лука :) ). Тихое место, отлично, чтобы выспаться.

Cons:

Купить кофейную машинку, хотя бы капсельную. Поставить внизу, можно брать дополнительную плату. Растворимый кофе в номере - не лучший вариант.

Pros:

Konum harika, merkeze ( rustaveli caddesi ) 10 dakika yürüyerek. Oldukça temiz, çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımsever. Tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle tercihim burası olur. Tüm çevreme burayı önereceğim. Ayrıca şarap ikram etmeleri çok nazikçe, tadı da oldukça güzel.

A warm and memorable stay with breathtaking views of Tbilisi
Pros:

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of wine. The rooftop veranda has the most amazing view over the city . We truly felt looked after—highly recommend!

Мы провели замечательное время в этом отеле в Тбилиси! Хозяин Лука встретил нас с большой душой и угостил вкусным вином — это был очень приятный и искренний жест. Чувствовалось, что он действительно заботится о своих гостях: если нам что-то было нужно, он сразу же это предоставлял. Номера чистые, уютные и в отличном состоянии, чувствовали себя комфортно на протяжении всего отдыха. Атмосфера в отеле очень теплая и дружелюбная, благодаря чему поездка стала еще приятнее.
Если снова будем в Тбилиси, обязательно остановимся здесь еще раз. Рекомендуем от всей души!

Central Tbilisi location and good host. Not recently refurbished and no breakfast option.
Pros:

Location of hotel is very central in the Tbilisi old city close to shopping / restaurants and major city sights. Host in the hotel was very nice and could speak fluent English, he was available for late night check in.

Cons:

Although rooms were refurbished, it was some times ago. Although room / bathroom was generally clean, especially carpet and shower basin would require more clean-up. We did not have breakfast option - we did not expect it, but hotel had little breakfast room facility - so it could be provided. This was problem as majority of cafes in Tbilisi open at 10 am / 11 am - so we needed to buy breakfast in advance in supermarket evening before.

Great host, location, beautiful rooftop
Pros:

Very friendly owners. On check-in gave a bottle of homemade wine, it was delicious.
The hotel has a rooftop with a great view, table and chairs, we were there in the evening and for breakfast.
Location is superb - old town. Room had fridge and kettle, A/C, hot shower, all good.
Great value for money.

Cons:

4 of us stayed in a 4 person room, the layout is such that it feels quite crowded, not much room. No surprises though, we stayed just 1 night and it was good. For longer stay of 4 people I'd rather book 2 rooms.
