Pros:

Após questionar o pedido de 40$ de caução e, curiosamente, me informarem que se não chegasse até às 15h que a minha reserva estaria perdiada e poderia ser dada a outro hóspede, a resposta por mensagem foi do mais inapropriado e pouco profissional que vi em toda a minha vida como viajante. Desde emojis, não admitirem o erro e finalmente cancelarem a minha reserva com receio de uma má avaliação. Pois bem, aqui vai.
O hotel até pode ser bom, não sei nem nunca saberei, mas a gestão de problemas é péssima e irresponsável. A pessoa que me respondeu por mensagem, precisa urgentemente de formação profissional e pessoal.

Me cayó MUY mal que se vanagloriaran de “en booking punto com decía que no hay agua caliente” cuando yo, aunque revisé bien, NO lo ví en el titulo de la habitación como mme enseñaron ellos en mi factura. El agua ni estaba tan fría, solo me cauó muy mal que decían, en efecto “pues es tu problema si no lees bien” agua caliente se puede esperar por el precio.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect if you're going to visit San Salvador Centro. It's a quick 10-15 minute walk. The hotel has security at the entrance which we felt safe having. They also offered complimentary coffee and tea.

Cons:

There is no hot water in the shower.
