Quiet place
Pros:

Great place and location, not too far from the centro. The staff and security was kind. I don't remember if they spoke English or not tbh but that isn't a concern for me.

Cons:

Only negative is that my room was right by the entrance but it was still quiet with no disturbances.

Pros:

Após questionar o pedido de 40$ de caução e, curiosamente, me informarem que se não chegasse até às 15h que a minha reserva estaria perdiada e poderia ser dada a outro hóspede, a resposta por mensagem foi do mais inapropriado e pouco profissional que vi em toda a minha vida como viajante. Desde emojis, não admitirem o erro e finalmente cancelarem a minha reserva com receio de uma má avaliação. Pois bem, aqui vai.
O hotel até pode ser bom, não sei nem nunca saberei, mas a gestão de problemas é péssima e irresponsável. A pessoa que me respondeu por mensagem, precisa urgentemente de formação profissional e pessoal.
