Actually nothing. It was a disappointment and the pricing was completely a scam. I will never book another hotel through booking.com if I dont get my refund back.

They didn’t honor my reservation. Booking.com and the staff were no help at all. I’m still fighting for my refund

Everything - this was the most DISGUSTING place I have ever stayed in. Crumbs and mouse feces on the floor, smudges on the windows, mirrors, and tv. Tv remote was nowhere to be found. There wasn't a trash can anywhere in the room and there were bugs in tue coffee maker. The room smelled like weed, tobacco, and bleach. I ended up leaving a couple hours after I checked in and checked in at another hotel. It was that bad. This place should be condemned.

The employees did not supply and provide the services I paid for, for my stay at the hotel and refuse to give me a refund. Knowing a hotel supplys adequate, proper, clean amenities and essentials like the bathroom, customer service, and breakfast this particular hotel supply as apart of 1day/night there. This 1 night stay I was able to stay there but couldn’t use the shower because it was dirty with someone’s dirty stain in the tub; I made the complaint and they didnt get someone to clean it immediately. The breakfast had milk that tasted expired. And have employees that who’s job isnt suppose to interact directly with customers (as their job task) like a kitchen employee or house keeping because og the language barrier. But someone made themselves approachable and didnt respond because they supposedly dont speak english. So hiring someone that isnt a specific language necessity to do a job that requires that qualification.
