I won’t return.
Pros:

I loved the convenience of the location from the airport and expressway.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I didn’t get fresh towels until the next day. Once I checked in and got to my room, there was literally one wash cloth and one towel. I booked a queen double room so of course it was more than one of us. The whole towel thing was truly Unacceptable

The free airport shuttle and that was sketchy

Cons:

Everything else. Free airport shuttle van needs a good disinfect. The driver never said a word to me, just talked on his phone the whole time. The bed was soft, sheets smelled of cigarette smoke. There's a HUGE water leak in the bathroom from the room upstairs, hvac was inconsistent and loud, and the tv did not work. This place feels more like halfway house than hotel, though there was some sort of celebration going on in the banquet hall - beautiful happy music with flower petals spread on the floor.

Pros:

The location to the airport.

Cons:

The drug addicts arguing in the hall way and it smells like smoke. And the sheets had mascara on them.

Helpful staff, very affordable and easy to find, good breakfast, comfortable room

Cons:

Room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, smelled of smoke and weed in the building. I’m not one to complain about a hotel feeling outdated, but she could use some TLC
