I left my AirPods, I continuously checked my bags and the location said they were still at the hotel. I had a 6 hr drive back and called them continuously to see if they could check the room. I called 8 times and they would say they’d check and hang up or they would immediately hang up. I had to go back to the hotel myself to talk to someone and they said they didn’t see anything, but I never used them outside of the hotel.

TV had no power cable, phone wouldnt connect to reception, no toothpaste available, no hair dryer
My bed had gum on the head board, the sheets were dirty as well.

The location and speed of check-in were good.
For a "non smoking" hotel, the amount of smoke I smelled was absurd. The entire place reeked of stale cigarette smoke and I often smelled weed being smoked as well. There was a random tile missing in the hallway on the main floor someone could have tripped over, the elevator didn't work most of the time (so I had to walk down the hot staircase, that had someone's luggage thrown on the steps, with a broken foot). The hallways and common areas were all very hot and humid. The air conditioning in the room worked well, but it felt like there was heat on in the bathroom. I didn't feel comfortable enough with the cleanliness level to take a shower.
Room wasn't bad.
Garbage was bad. Elevator failed several times. Room linens all over the hallways.
