Quality hotel will never get my business again and I am filing a lawsuit!
Pros:

Plenty of parking!

Cons:

The staff harassed me and entered my room tampering with my property and didn't clean or leave fresh towels! The cable went out same time as the water and I kept being locked out of my room. The hotel staff found it to be hilarious and sexually harassed me and even made statements referencing assault!

Wouldn't stay here again if you paid me.
Pros:

The pictures on the web page looked great. I missed my flight and had to book a hotel for the night. Arrived at almost midnight after a long day of layovers. Got my room 518. Whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and majuanna. I was traveling alone as a woman. There were a lot of strange people hanging out in the hallways on my way up. The room I was staying is horrible. No TV, No coffee, maker 2 pillows on the beds, water damage stains on the ceilings, something brown spilled behind the bed on the wall, drawers falling off dressers. I didn't dare to leave the room again to go complain but I did in the morning before checking out and the guy just laughed at me when I asked why I didn't have a TV in my room. I told him I better not get charged for a missing TV. What a dirty place. I really hope anyone traveling goes to another hotel.

Cons:

Everything could have been better. Elevators need to be working for people with disabilities. When I was trying to leave they wouldn't work. I tried for a good 5 minutes before trying to find stairs.

The room was cold due to gaps around heating unit. The wind was blowing in the room like it was a. I had to use pillows sheets and plastic bags to cover the gaps.

It’s a African American lady that works at the front desk she is very rude and ignorant she is the only thing that I would never go back she needs to learn customer service she looks downs and talks down to people. It’s every time I stay there she is rude.

Horrendous - DIRTY, They DONT CLEAN THE ROOMS THEY MADE THE BED WITH SAME SHEETS NO WORKING PHONES IN THE ROOMS PEOPLE SLEEPING ON THE STAIRS IN THE FIRE ESCAPE AND PROSTITUTION EQUALLY IN THE STAIRCASE AND DONT VACCUM BLACK MOLD REFUSED TO CHANGE MY ROOM ONE WASH CLOTH TWO TOWELS BOTH STAINED DIRTY ROCHES AND BED BUGS THEY DONT VACCUM THEY SWEEP THE DIRT IN THE HALLWAY AND LEAVE IT THERE SMELLS LIKE CAT AND DOG PEE ON THE TWO WORKING ICE MACHINES, REUSED BOTTLES OF SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER THAT PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS DIDN’T FINISH BUT USED NO HAIRDRYER. THE WI-FI IS FREE. THAT’S THE ONLY THING THAT’S GOOD ABOUT THE PLACE. THE WI-FI IS FREE AND THE PARKING OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD GIVE THIS A NEGATIVE 20,000,000 TRILLION I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY BUT ELLEN AND I IN THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
