Nice location as quiet. Plenty of parking. Stayed in the family room which had ample space for 2 adults & 1 child.
Service was a little slow for early evening meal but it was a busy time. Staff were lovely.
The location was perfect and ample parking . Room was a great size for family . Staff exceptionally friendly . My grand children visiting from Dubai loved every minute especially the pancakes for breakfast

The menu in the restaurant a little limited if you dislike fish, and wish to eat onsite rather than going into llandudno.
Coming to the dining area from bedroom was near to the kitchen so there was a strong fish odour.

Very noisy with guests leaving but it’s a hotel, it’s expected.
Room 1 and constant door opening and closing as other guests filed past to and from the restaurant. Doors closed with a bang so disturbed our sleep.
Stunning location. Beautiful rooms. Amazing staff who were incredibly helpful. Breakfast perfect. Even did a vegan breakfast. We had lunch there too and food presented well and tasty.
And in the 30 ° heat the air conditioning in the rooms was fantastic.
Only thing was the lack of vegan options for evening meal.
Could have been a better selection of fresh fruit.

The location was perfect for our stay with nice views from the dining room over the sea. The food was very good with plenty of choice. We dined there both evenings and had excellent meals each time. The staff were helpful, welcoming, and kind.
Our room was a bit small and dark, but as we didn't spend a lot of time there it was not a problem.
