Wonderful stay
Pros:

Lovely staff, who we met and were so helpful. Comfortable clean beds and always hot water for showers. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice.Parking was excellent.

Nothing we could think of.

Good facilities, but breakfast needs improving.
Pros:

Location to town and parking facilities.

Cons:

Breakfast was kept in a warmer so if you were down for after 9 am, the food was already past its best and rubbery.
Also no staff to be seen at checking in desk.. had to go look for them on a few occasions.

Pros:

My husband and I stayed at Craigside Manor last year. We stayed an extra night and had to move rooms which wasn't a problem. We have just arrived home after spending three nights at Craigside Manor in a different room. The rooms we have stayed in are lovely. We have just stayed in room 6. The view is great, you have the view of little Orme and the sea. The staff at Craigside Manor are really helpful and friendly. We stayed for an evening meal too. The food is really good. We will definitely be coming back to stay soon. Gail and Paul Jackson

The location was great for getting around the area and the food at breakfast and in the evening was great.

Seaview room
Pros:

Lovely room with a great view .bathroom had a good shower.

Cons:

Mattress not quite as comfy as in some of the other rooms we have stayed in. Slight dip on either side and a lump in the middle
