GREAT WEEKEND WE WERE LUCKY WITH WEATHER MILD AND SUNNY

GREAT LOCATION 15MIN WALK FROM CENTRE OF TOWN, GREAT VIEWS OVER BAY. NICE SIZE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM GREAT SHOWER .EXCELLENT RESTAURANT RECOMMEND SUNDAY ROAST.GREAT STAFF WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

Staff were friendly & helpful, room was clean & comfortable location exactly what I needed.

Cons:

Card access to hallways & room sometimes didn't work (new system) no phone signal in room had to go downstairs to make a call but then got locked out of hotel reception & room 11pm, lucky a member of staff was still in office to sort it. Afternoon food was over cooked & breakfast small portions "one of everything" but okay.

Pleasant stay with very clean room. Great location with a nice outside area overlooking the seafront.
Pros:

Location. Cleaning staff were great. Made our room look fresh each day. We’re not messy people but they obviously take great pride in keeping customers happy!

Cons:

Luke-warm reception at book in. We were asked too many times whether we wanted to book breakfasts, evening meals, etc. We like the freedom to decide in our time as I’m sure others do. No need to pressure people on their arrival.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Everything, was our favourite place we have stayed in Llandudno. Liverpool clean room, comfortable bed, free parking and breakfast was lovely. Would recommend.

Staff excellent. Hotel decor very nice

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved. Cool eggs benedict- , poached eggs not AA, uncooked albumen. Fried breakfast also cooler than normal. It was towards the end of the breakfast session but still.. Evening meals delicious though.
