Most enjoyable.
Pros:

Meals in the restaurant were excellent.
The view from our room faced the sea, at night you could see the llandudno pier lit up.
Our room was clean and warm.
Very friendly staff.

Enjoyable nights stay overlooking Llandudno bay
Pros:

The food was above expectations and was really good, a standard far above what we expected of the restaurant. The room was large and comfortable and the view over the bay was lovely.

We didnt bother staying, left after precisely 12 minutes and requested a full refund

We booked the Little Orme family room for just the two of us as it said there was a view of the sea & the Little Orme. We walked in the room & straight back out again - it was so tiny we would have been tripping over eachother - if that was supposedly for a family of 4 I would not like to see a single room! And it was freezing cold inside the building

Great value, excellent food and choices, lovely friendly staff, excellent room
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice onsite available restaurant....good breakfast. easy parking

Cons:

TV reception not really possible due to Little Orme preventing signal....only Channel 4 in Room 5.....would have been good to know prior to stay so we could bring laptop and HDMI into TV and use Netflix etc....otherwise great value and will return!

Only negative is breakfast was hitty missy bot bad by any means but maybe not worth the price.

Pros:

The size of the room and decor.

Cons:

Bed uncomfortable, room was cold, lack of information given which resulted in missing breakfast and losing out on £30. Almost felt like we were bothering the staff when we had a question.

I hated it left day early never even offered us about of money back going home a day early very angry my room as u opened the curtain all u see is bushes who wants to look out the window to just bushes what a joke and my breakfast the eggs were gooey very upset so left day eatly
