Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had.

We arrived at the correct check-in time after having booked and fully paid for our room nearly three months in advance. Upon arrival, we were simply told that the hotel was fully booked. No booking number was checked, no explanation was given, and no apology was offered.

We were taken to another nearby hotel and told that it would only be for one night before being transferred back. That transfer never happened. Throughout the entire stay, nobody contacted us to check whether everything was okay, and no effort was made to follow up on the situation.

The replacement room itself was acceptable, but the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, especially at night, and the shower fixture was broken, making it difficult to use.

What made the experience even more frustrating was discovering that similar situations had apparently happened to other guests based on online reviews. Booking a specific property months in advance only to be placed somewhere else without communication or concern is simply not acceptable.

Pros: Friendly staff. Good location. Not directly in the old town but maybe even better like this. It is just a couple of minutes to walk. Cosy small yard.

Cons:

Cons: The facility, such as bathrooms are not maintained well. The bathroom was falling apart, it was not comfortable to take a shower with a shower tank which was full of water. Towels and bed sheets were extremely old. And there were no ambiance lights by the bedside, which is quiet important in a hotel.

Good for one night
Pros:

Central location, clean room, not too hard to park nearby. The dogs in the courtyard are cute, buy one is a bit noisy in the morning.

Cons:

The room looks good from the first sight, but when you look closer there are a lot of small details that spoil the impression. The shower is leaking, some stuff is broken or needs renovation. The breakfast is basic.
Overall not bad for this price, but could be better with little effort

Pros:

Отличное место. Старинный дом, аутентично, милый дворик. Доброжелательная хозяйка. В номере очень чисто, удобная постель, все необходимое есть. Тут же живут кошечки и собака. Дети были в восторге. Был включен завтрак с ( с 8 утра до 10), но мы уехали раньше, поэтому не получилось покушать. Рядом с отелем есть место, чтобы припарковать автомобиль.
