It was clean.

Cons:

It is away from the rest of the hotels, same distance to the centre, but the opposite direction and harder to get food. I asked for a tour, but they didn’t send me to a English speaking tour company, but took me around themselves. They weren’t clear that they were charging me in USD and not local currency, and after asking a friend I found out they overcharged me by a lot for just transportation and no tour. 60 usd for tour with guide, 35 usd for transportation only, they wanted to 70 usd. Be careful when negotiating pricing.

Simple, nice and quite place in Phonsavan
Pros:

The hotel is located in an extremely quiet area, which I really appreciate. The room was simply furnished, spacious, with a large window. Everything was clean. Hotel staff was very friendly.

I absolutely loved my stay here at NARIXAY hotel.
The room was perfect , clean , big , great bed, great value for money etc..
I would also recommend Phet the host as a tour guide if you plan on visiting THE PLAIN OF JARS.
I had a lovely day with him and his family visiting the various sites.
He was very helpful booking onward travel arrangements also.
I highly recommend staying here 10/10 for sure.

I was very happy with this accommodation!
Pros:

The staff are very friendly. The place is gorgeous. Like a luxury hotel but so very reasonable. It’s a little away from the other hotels, but that’s good because it’s quiet. I had an amazing tour guide, Vong, who drive me all over for 2 days. If you need a great, English speaking guide, get hold of him. WhatsApp +856 20 55 556 522
