Ika en Egik zijn echt geweldig. Ze staan dag en nacht voor je klaar, verzorgen heerlijk eten en de tours zijn geweldig.

Het was een heerlijke plek met elke ochtend een super goed ontbijt. Egik en Ika zijn super behulpzaam. We hebben hier een hele fijne tijd gehad, absoluut een aanrader!

Egik and Ika from the moment you arrive you are treated like family. We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Stay Together and did a few guided tours which were informative and gave a wonderful insight to life in Tete Batu. Only regret is we had to leave. Thank you Egik and Ika.

Ika ed Egi ci hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal primo momento! Dopo essere scappati da un’altra homestay che non rispecchiava le nostre aspettative, qui abbiamo trovato un posto meraviglioso e dei padroni di casa ancora più speciali. Con la loro accoglienza hanno reso il nostro soggiorno a Tetebatu davvero indimenticabile.

Con Egi abbiamo fatto un bellissimo tour tra risaie, cascate e Monkey Forest: una guida numero uno! Con Ika abbiamo partecipato alla lezione di cucina, un’esperienza bellissima che consigliamo assolutamente.

Consigliamo questo posto di cuore e speriamo davvero di tornarci. Grazie Ika ed Egi!

Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad bij Stay Together! We zijn heel hartelijk ontvangen en voelde ons gelijk thuis. Wij hebben de kookworkshop gevolgd en dit is echt een aanrader. Iedereen is heel erg behulpzaam. Wij zouden hier heel graag nog eens terug komen!

L’accueil des hôtes, très attentifs et au petit soin pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.
Ils organisent des tours avec de super explications pour découvrir facilement les environs.
Le lit est très grand, et une cuisine copieuse.

Das Homestay ist unglaublich liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet mit schönem Blick über die Reisfelder und Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang! Die Hosts sind die freundlichsten Menschen, die wir auf unserer Reise getroffen haben, so herzlich! Das Essen ist fantastisch, es gibt zu jedem Frühstück leckeres Obst und einen Saft! Als der Host mitbekommen hat, dass ich Passionsfrüchte mag, hat er mir extra welche aus dem Garten gepflückt. Wir haben außerdem den Kochkurs und eine Reisfeld Tour gemacht, beides war super interessant und das Essen mega lecker! Die beiden helfen außerdem bei allem was man sonst so benötigt, Wäsche, Roller, Transport, Tipps… Wir können die Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Ika und Egik sind wirklich extrem nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben gleich einen Kochkurs bei Ika gebucht, bei welchem wir die Sasak Küche kennenlernten und unser eigenes Abendessen zubereiteten. Die angebotene E-Bike Tour durch die Reisfelder mit Tourguide Egik war ebefalls super schön und lehrreich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

De gastvrijheid van Ika, Egik en de hele familie is werkelijk geweldig! We hebben drie dagen enorm genoten van ons verblijf bij Stay Together.

Het is bijzonder om te zien hoeveel liefde en aandacht Ika en haar familie in alles steken. In het restaurantje van Ika kun je vrij van de kaart bestellen en wordt alles vers voor je bereid. Terwijl we op ons eten wachtten, werden we bovendien verrast met een privéconcert van Egik. Een ontzettend leuke en bijzondere ervaring!

Ook de tours met Egik waren fantastisch. We hebben de rijstveldentour gecombineerd met een bezoek aan traditionele ambachtsdorpjes en daarnaast de watervallentour gedaan. Zo hebben we op een mooie en authentieke manier kennisgemaakt met de Indonesische cultuur en het lokale leven.

Ben je op zoek naar een authentieke Indonesische ervaring, waarbij gastvrijheid en persoonlijk contact centraal staan? Dan raden we Stay Together absoluut aan! Je voelt je hier echt welkom en merkt aan alles dat de familie er alles aan doet om je een onvergetelijk verblijf te bezorgen.

Ika and Egik are the kindest people and made sure we had the best stay in Tetebatu! The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is generous and delicious and the location is great. We loved the rice terrace tour and cooking class at the homestay. Thank you so much!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stay Together Homestay. This was our first experience staying in a homestay, and we honestly couldn’t have wished for a better one.

The hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and everything was taken care of perfectly. You really don’t feel like you’re missing anything.

We also did a cooking class, which was a lot of fun and a great way to learn more about the local culture and food. The following day we joined an activity with the family, which made the stay feel even more personal and special.

What we especially loved is that staying here genuinely supports the local family and their staff. You can feel that they put a lot of heart into the homestay, and that makes the experience even more meaningful.

If you’re visiting Tetebatu, don’t hesitate – stay here! We would recommend Stay Together Homestay without any doubt. A lovely place, wonderful people and a genuinely warm experience. We would happily come back!

Bij aankomst is het even een beetje zoeken waar de ingang van de homestay precies is, maar alle buren helpen je graag op de juiste weg. Dat geeft ook meteen al het gevoel van deze omgeving weer: iedereen is vriendelijk, kent en helpt elkaar.

Eenmaal aangekomen in de Homestay was het vanaf de eerste minuut een warm onthaal. Ika en Egik zijn ontzettend lief en altijd vrolijk. Er wordt meteen een versgemaakte juice en fruit voor je klaar gezet, je kunt de hele dag door heerlijke gerechten bestellen die Ika samen met haar familie vers voor je gaat koken en je kunt op verschillende tours gaan die door familieleden worden georganiseerd.

Wij gingen met Arno, de neef van Egik op een 4-5 uur durende tour door Monkey Forest, rijstvelden en langs watervallen. Arno is ook weer ontzettend lief en verteld ronduit over alles in de omgeving.

Wij hebben beide avonden bij de homestay gegeten en ook veel gekletst met Ika en Egik. Zij weten haarfijn aan te voelen hoe je wel veel met elkaar in contact bent maar hoe je toch ook je eigen privé momenten kunt hebben. Een ontzettend fijne ervaring en het voelde als een stukje thuis, heel ver van huis. Dank je wel lieve Ika en Egik wij wensen jullie heel veel succes en plezier met alle mooie en leuke plannen die jullie nog voor de homestay hebben!

Even if we only stayed for the night, we immedialty felt welcomed and we really appreciated the kindness of the owners, Egik and Ika.

Egik is a great communicator and storyteller — he'll happily talk about Tetebatu, the village he's from, or dive into deep, thoughtful conversations about the state of the world and where it's heading !

PS : This is not a place where you should consider a diet!
As soon as you taste the excellent food prepared by the owners' daughters and by Ika, you'll want more of it! :D

L'accueil, la gentillesse, la bienveillance, l'intérêt porté aux échanges et aux interactions. Egik et Ika sont des hôtes formidables, accueillants, gentils et serviables. Une mention particulière pour l'atelier "Cuisine", en compagnie d'Ika et d'Amina et pour la découverte de Tetebatu et de ses environs (rizières, chutes d'eau, monkey forest, fabrication d'huile de coco) avec Sas. Un moment formidable et très authentique ! La propreté et la décoration des deux chambres sont impeccables.

Unique best stay in Indonesia. Very kind host family, very helpful. Finest food with fresh ingredients. Brilliant location in the middle of the rice fields. Did the tour with electric bikes. Very stylish rooms with high quality material.
