Pros:

Добрый день. Непонятно как на платформе Booking.com. происходит регистрация объектов размещения. Забронировала номер в Belvilla Chaitanya Niketan на период с 3-7 января 2026 года с оплатой 30.12.2025 (списание с карты). В момент приезда по указанному в брони адресу оказалось, что объекта размещения с названием Belvilla Chaitanya Niketan больше не существует (контракт с собственником помещений расторгнут около полугода назад), оплата за проживание по утверждению собственника от Booking не поступала, в связи с чем период проживания на Villa Sadia Ubud, которая зарегистрирована по данному адресу в настоящее время, был оплачен повторно (наличными). После нескольких обращений, деньги командой Booking.com возвращены не были. Считаю, что такая схема «работы» недопустима.

Very nice property with friendly owner definitely recommended.
Pros:

The property was well maintained extremely tidy room with everything you could want. Even a tv for those that want it. Wayan the property owner was great & very friendly. Took us down to a local restaurant on the back of his scooter then picked us back up when ready.

Cons:

The only issue we had was when arriving there had been a discrepancy with the booking. Apparently the property hadn’t been paid however the owner & his business partner sorted this for us.

Fantastic hidden gem.
Pros:

Everything! Villa was stunning and in a good location. Ubud was £5 each way by taxi. We met our friend Kadek-Anaa and had some amazing experiences. Wayan the manager was very kind as was his wife and very helpful. Pool, patio and garden was lush too.

Cons:

It was difficult to find, i recommend Wayan makes a map and gives his Whatsapp to future guests.
