Pros:

Très bel établissement juste à côté du centre historique de Messagne. Les chambres sont spacieuses et parfaitement équipé, le petit déjeuner et complet et varié. L’accueil est sympathique et souriant. Nous avons pu récupérer la chambre un petit peu plus tôt que l’horaire prévu. La piscine est un vrai plus après une journée de visite.

Très bon accueil et hôtel charmant tout proche du centre ville

Un très bon accueil, une chambre spacieuse et confortable. l'Hotel est charmant, à proximité du centre ville avec une petite piscine pour se détendre ; ce qui est fort appréciable le matin ou le soir. Il est assez facile de stationner dans les rues à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très bien néanmoins.

The hotel truly lives up to its rating. Everything was perfect: spotless cleanliness, beautiful and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, a clean swimming pool, and a great atmosphere. We have absolutely no complaints about the hotel itself.
However, there is one very disappointing issue that completely spoiled our experience. If you arrive by car, the reception staff do not warn you that parking directly in front of the hotel entrance is not allowed. As a result, we received a €25 parking fine, which immediately ruined our mood.
I believe a hotel should care not only about its facilities but also about its guests. A simple warning at check-in would have prevented this unpleasant situation.
For this reason, I have to lower my rating. A warning to future guests: do not park your car in front of the hotel entrance, or you will receive a fine. Unfortunately, the hotel does not inform guests about this.
