Mediocre. Very poor
Cons:

The location is not satisfactory and unsafe. When booking the room on the site it stated that there Is breakfast when we asked in the morning the lady stated we need to pay for it. Secondly, we had an incident where the person I was with wanted to go to the kitchen at 10pm and the alarm went off when they rushed back to the room out of fear the mirror that was placed against the wall fell and the caretaker or manager stated we need to replace it and buy a new one. The overall stay was just mediocre!!!

Everything was just bad. The location is a nightmare. The place smells. The facilities are the worst. I only went there for 5 minutes and left. Wasted my money and energy

More than a guest house it felt like home, filled with kindness, care, and love.
Pros:

I honestly don’t have enough words to express my gratitude. The host was absolutely amazing and treated me like her own daughter. From the moment I arrived I felt loved, safe, and truly cared for.

I shared my story with her, and she showed me nothing but kindness and compassion. She even went as far as giving me free food, something I will never forget.

My stay was more than just accommodation it felt like home. I will forever be grateful for her warmth, generosity, and motherly care. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place filled with love.

Pros:

Great for the price; the room is reasonable. The staff was very friendly, making it feel like home. The rooms were clean, making it ideal for solo travelers. It would be lovely if they had an option of using a remote gate or own set of key to enter because I had to call one of the staff members to open the gate in the morning. I would book again.

Cons:

I was surprised to find that there wasn't a wardrobe to store my luggage or hang my clothes. They need to fix the shower floor because water spills out, even when I didn't open the tap very wide. The location isn't bad, but the surrounding area feels questionable. The Uber driver expressed concerns about that specific area and made sure I was safely inside the property before leaving.

It was good value for money, as a place to stay over, but not very comfortable.
Pros:

It was safe, even though it was located in a lower socio-economic area.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Overall cleanliness was acceptable.

Cons:

Food (meat) was left outside, after a 'braai' the night before.
This attracted flies, which became unbearable during stay.
Door handles not fitted properly - came off during stay.
