Pros:

Employees stealing our food during the day

Cons:

The location is bad I wasn’t happy about it so asked to be mover to one their accommodation they said it’s fully booked and they don’t do refunds so we stayed because we had no choice

Pros:

The staff was very welcoming. I arrived an hour later after the scheduled check in time. They welcomed me really welll.

At last minute I asked to change a room that has an outside access and more suitable for my needs. She arranged all of that with nothing but a smile on her face.

The location is so convenient, not too far from the city centre, malls and attractions yet not too deep in the busy and noisy part of the area.

The room they put me in would really be great for a small family, next time when visiting margate i will definitely book in here.

Cons:

Nothing much or really worth noting besides, the place can use some bit of update and bring it to more morden standards.

It was pleasant, very good for a tight budget.
Pros:

There is no breakfast provided at the facilty.

The stuff is super friendly, oh Letty, very friendly. Monica is also not a bad a person at all.

Rooms are clean, so is the bedding.

Cons:

There was no bathroom mat.

The shower does not have soap holder.

There key to the gate is held by the host, and you have to reach out whenever you go out. However, they are very patient, and I experienced no issues about it.

TV is only at the living room, not in the rooms.

Pros:

The staff was kind and welcoming, and the place had good cleanliness.

Cons:

The location was disappointing, not what I expected. The biggest issue being that there was no running water for the whole duration of my stay. It was a major inconvenience.

Pros:

• The staff is friendly
• The Wi-Fi was very good
• the house was clean
• The bedroom was really cold so they do include an electric blanket

Cons:

• the staff holds the gate keys, so you constantly have to go and knock and ask them to open.
• there is no wardrobe in the bedroom
• there is no TV in the bedroom, you share the lounge and the TV with other visitors, there’s no privacy.
• the location surrounding the place seems very unsafe and the place is not in Randburg.
• The host family stays in the same house.
