All about was perfect
Room smelled quite smoky. Coupled with long requirement to add 2 x photos of each guest and ID. Lucky we had them with us at 2am stood in the street waiting for code

Bathroom and kitchen okay.
The room was smelling and has a terrible odour. Had to go out to get my air freshener. Put air freshener in the room.
The towels were okay. Too old. Had to get my own towels.
No footmat or rugs at least bedside rug on the floor in the room .
The footmat in the bathroom to soak water when you come out of shower.
Price was very reasonable, but given the condition of the property, it was not good value, would have rather paid more for a clean room. Very poor.
Room had not been cleaned, bed had not been made, food and drink had been left presumably from previous guest. The room was not in a condition to stay in, and so I did not stay.

The room was decent. Location was okay
We booked our room in this property but when we reached there, the lockbox code given to us was wrong so we had to wait outside approx. 30mins while knocking on the door hoping someone will open. Finally when a man opened the door and we went into our room we realised it was completely dirty and a mess. So we had to contact the property manager over and over again to sort out the lockbox code for the key and about our room being not ready. He told us to move into a different property 10mins away from this one. We thought it was all over now but the next day another guest knocked on our door claiming that they have a booking in this room, so basically we had to again talk to the property manager to remind him that he told us to move here and then he had to talk to this other guest and moving them to a different place. Overall it was a very rough and hectic stay. I have shared a picture of the room we originally booked in and the condition we found it in.
A clean room with a comfortable bed, smart TV and lots of space. The bathroom room was also clean with the required amenities.
Security was also provided with particular attention to the Key safe.
