Arrangements to access room were extremely poor.

No one to attend to me

Lock was broken in my room, clearly not cleaned or checked. The phone number given on the wedsite is not recognised, and ignored when i messaged through booking.com

It was to hot the rooms needed AC or fans in this weather

The pictures on your site are not of Fawcett house, it's a scam it's a HMO ,a resident lets me in after I had been knocking on the door for 10 minutes See said no staff are ever there,then she asked me to lend her 10 pounds. , I could smell wee and weed and then found a man asleep in the kicthen, I found a phone number for the manager and left a message only then did they text me a number for the door lock.. My son was getting upset with the woman kept asking to borrow money so we left and got a train home

Smelt a bit musty in the room and the blinds had this gap which meant people could see into the room from the outside.. maybe put some privacy film up

TV didn't work,blinds didn't work,blood stains on sheet,bugs in downstairs shower,no communication between staff and guest and cleaners

Room and others in property used for prostitution too. Current tennants told me. People obviously know the codes, hence why strangers wander in and around house at will and at all hours. Probably looking for free rooms to use. Bed very uncomfortable, very cheap, done in matress.
Asked fir wifi code and was repeatedly belittled by person on end of phone. I have all the messages to submit in a review.

It smelt bad. Walls were covered in plaster. Floors were filthy.

The owners overbooked the room we were supposed to stay in so we were given a random room and told he'd deal with the guests who were meant to stay there. They failed to communicate that to the other TWO guests(different bookings) leading to the 2nd guy screaming, breaking the hallway lampshades, throwing boxes and duvets down the stairs. He was threatening the seeming hotel staff(the guy who overbooked the room wasn't there) and hailing abuse at them claiming he'd "come back with a gun". This left us scared in our room and my partner has an anxiety disorder so he was literally shaking, had to be calmed down and felt like he was in active danger. We also went out late for food and we weren't given a keylock code/key so we spent 20-25 minutes knocking before another guest came to the door, angry at us as if it was our fault. There was also a dirty chair and ironing board in the corner which was off putting. As soon as we woke up we left immediately.

The property owner did not allow us into the property, He did not provide the pin to get in. He turned his phone of when we were frantically calling him to allow us in.

The toilet, kitchen, and room. The key code was provided, but there is no information on which of the key boxes to use to gain entry. There are three key boxes. The overall information flow was uncoordinated. No tv remote, had to beg for one before it was provided
