The location which is near our Conference venue, UST.
There is no kettle, cups and hair dryer in the room. Housekeeping is slow and forgot to bring toilet paper to the room on the same day.
price is very affordable for a 2pax room with small kitchen.
partition wall between rooms are not completely sealed. you can clearly hear people from the other room

The staff are amazing
The rooms are old, there are mosquitoes and cockroaches. My toilet in room602 is really bad, Im almost kissing the wall when i sit in the toilet, not enough space from where you sit and the wall. Bad smell coming out from the toilet like a rotting rat.
