El baño pequeño incómodo

Bed was wet when we checked in -as shown in picture. changed to different room. In the new room the shower rail was broken, the bathroom window opened towards the room next door so if both people were standing at the toilet taking a piss, you could look each other in the eye. The walls were paper thin and there was no parking. (The hotel is at the end of dead end street) Way over priced. When I messaged the staff asking for wifi details he was too lazy to give them and simply responded “details at desk”.
Thanks for nothing dude, your hotel is shit.

Las instalaciones son viejas y hay cosas rotas
Los empleados (a excepcion de Dimitri) son mal educados, no t facilitan nada, ni informacion sobre la ciudad. Y t hablan de mala manera.
El estacionamiento que publican: es la calle!
Lugar ruidoso. Dificil descansar.
Un desastre.

Piscina tancada molt d'hora.

Pas beaucoup d insonorisation entre les chambres, voisins bruyants.
Beaucoup de paperasse pour lors de la remise de clé, avec caution.

Pas d'eau à 6h du matin.

Nunca había estado en un hotel tan peor como este era el agua del baño se recortaba si te duchas, y a la llegada a la recepción tuvimos que pagar de más y también nos hicieron un dejar un depósito de 100€ para que sería no se sabe ,bueno para mi punto de vista unos estafadores .

Certaines incivilité d'autres clients (un voisin à uriné dans la piscine depuis son balcon)

It was burning hot and there was not even a fan, they only have warm blankets with little furs on it, not a plain sheet which can help cool down. We arrived like 1-2 hours ealrier than check out, and wanted to just sit in the lobby maybe can buy a drink from them, but they said not allowed. and it was really human-dying level of heatwave outside. When I checked in, I didn't see the bedsheet on the bed so had to walk down and ask. They came and found it at the top of teh cabinet and gave me a grumpy look. How am I supposed to check the top of the cabinet, not 'on the bed' which is obvious

La toallas eran bastante viejas y estaban manchadas de lejía. No había gel de ducha en el baño y el la descripción decía que estaba sí. Por mi parte les recomendaría cambiar las toallas.

O hotel não tem elevador o atendimento é seco e não há estacionamento. O carro fica na rua e as verzes não há vaga para todos.

Missing kettle for making tea/cafe. After showering water makes puddle going up to the corridor, missing bathroom rugs. Only soap, no shampoo...
And Noisy dogs in the neighborhood bark all night.

The walls are very thin, therefore it can be quite noisy.

The communication with the hostel it seems like I was talking with 2 different people. One was very kind and friendly and for one I felt is arrogant. We booked also the taxi from airport to the hostel since we arrived very late and the hostel provides this service. One day before our arrival I checked again and wrote on to the hostel mail what sign will the taxi driver have in their hands and the person who was replying just wrote "you take taxi in the airport" even though i wrote to book a taxi and they confirmed 2 weeks before that.
