Die Lage ist für Ausflüge nach Burano und Murano perfekt. Allgemein ist das Viertel sehr schön und für Venezianische Verhältnisse ruhig.

Worth it
Pros:

Friendly staff, great view from the room, spacious room and has all the amenities I needed. It was much better value for money compared to a more expensive one I stayed in Rome. The boat to the airport is literally out the front!

Cons:

Another bed just above which meant I had to be careful not hitting it, but other than that, nothing

Great Location and stunning views - Could be more hospitable
Pros:

Location was great just outside the centre but an easy walk to the centre - The view from the room (203) was superb and it was clean and has a nice bathroom - The free entrance to the under restoration areas was a nice touch and well worth a visit.

Cons:

The Bed needs a new mattress and perhaps being forewarned about the taxi boat stop right outside the window rather than providing ear plugs ( yes that's correct they leave complimentary earplugs in the room ) would be helpful to allow guests to decide if it is right for them before booking.
Staff smoking outside upon arrival and sadly unfriendly

I THINK FROM THE PROPERTIES RESPONSE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE STAFF ATTITUDE AND LACK OF HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE - LETS GET THIS STRAIGHT ??? OK LETS DO THAT - NOT ONCE DID WE SAY WE WERE BOTHERED BY THE BOATS BUT FEEL ( AS A HOTEL OWNER IN SCOTLAND ) THAT MAKING THE SITUATION CLEAR BEFORE ARRIVAL IS A MORE HONEST AND UPFRONT WAY TO DO BUSINESS -
A SMOKE BREAK IS FINE BUT PERHAPS WHILST ONE OF YOU SMOKES ( AROUND THE CORNER RATHER THAN OPPOSITE THE DOOR WOULD BE AN EASY SOLUTION - WOW DIFFICULT TO WORK THAT ONE OUT HUH ? ) AND THE OTHER COULD BE PROVIDING A WELCOMING RECEPTION EXPERIENCE ???
YOU WERE AT BEST PERFUNCTORY ON ARRIVAL AND WHEN CHECKING OUT DIDNT EVEN SAY THANKYOU OR HAVE A NICE DAY AS YOU WERE DEALING WITH ( YES THATS CORRECT NOT HELPING BUT DEALING WITH) A GROUP.
ACTUALLY I WOULD SAY VENICE IS MORE LIKE DISNEYLAND THAN THE REST OF ITALY SO YOUR INCORRECT IN THAT ASPECT APART FROM THE FACT THAT DISNEY ENCOURAGES ITS STAFF ( ALSO PEOPLE AND SOMETIMES EVEN DECSCENDED ( NOTE THE SPELLING ) FROM PEOPLE WHO BUILT THE PARKS TO BE HAPPY - POLITE AND FRIENDLY
