Great Location and stunning views - Could be more hospitable
Pros:

Location was great just outside the centre but an easy walk to the centre - The view from the room (203) was superb and it was clean and has a nice bathroom - The free entrance to the under restoration areas was a nice touch and well worth a visit.

Cons:

The Bed needs a new mattress and perhaps being forewarned about the taxi boat stop right outside the window rather than providing ear plugs ( yes that's correct they leave complimentary earplugs in the room ) would be helpful to allow guests to decide if it is right for them before booking.
Staff smoking outside upon arrival and sadly unfriendly

A three day trip to the city after a long absence was made perfect by this hotel. Thank you!
Pros:

Everything.
An unusual property insofar that it was unlike a traditional hotel. Room and facilities therein were exceptional. Location off the beaten track, yet less than a ten minute walk from the popular Strada Nova area, and literally round the corner from the airport waterbus stop.

החדר היה נעים, היה מקום לאחסן את הדברים חדרי השירותים היו נקיים ומשופצים. והיה מאוד נוח ונעים. השירות בקבלה היה לבבי ומאיר פנים. והחוויה הכללית היתה מצויינת. המיקום היה נהדר ונוח

מאחר שהמטבח בשיפוץ, קיבלנו וואוצ'ר לארוחת בוקר של קפה ומאפה בבית קפה מצויין במרחק הליכה קצר של 2 דק. הקפה היה מעולה והקוראסון היה מושלם. השירות שם גם היה נעים ומצויין.
אבל זה היה קפה ומאפה ולא ארוחת בוקר.

very nice but cold in the winter
Pros:

the room is very nice, it's a rare case where the booking.com photos look worse than the actual thing. it's well equipped with everything you need, everything is new and clean. people at the reception were nice and helpful. the hotel is right next to the vaporetto stop, and the sea view is just wonderful!

Cons:

1. the room purports to have climate control. in practice this means you can choose the maximum temperature you get, because from what i can tell the room has central heating and an AC, so the AC can cool the room down but it will heat up at the rate of central heating --- really slowly. i'm sure the AC is just right for summer but in january it might get cold no matter how much you turn up the climate control's temperature.
2. there were teabags in the room but they were not being refilled

Ubicación perfecta. La habitación tiene ventana a canal y vista al mar y cementerio

Cons:

La habitación cuadruple que esta en el patio huele a mal como en tiempos de peste. No nos informaron en checkin del desayuno. Tuve que esperar a la mañana, y esperar al recepcionista para que me diera el voucher. Tienes que ir a una cafeteria bar restaurante a 100 metros frente al vaporeto en el que te dan zumo de brick, croissant y café. A los niños no le cambian el café por nada.
