The location was nice & Quite. There is a great restaurant across the street.
The front desk staff were horrible. They told us to find somewhere else for 4 of our party because the lights & AC didn’t work in their room. The AC & lights didn’t work at all in one of our rooms & the AC didn’t work well on the others. There was a weird little room with kids toys and. Separate doors that were locked in one of our rooms. They have the AC on a remote timer that has to be turned on by their maintenance who isn’t at the hotel in the evening or at night.
The view was fantastic. Got into the room and opened the blinds and just blown away by the view over lagoon and San Michelle. The location was brilliant. Look out of the window and just below is Fondamente Nove where the boat from airport comes in and boats go out to islands. If window open you can hear the boats going about their business (which is great).
The area is a good place to base a visit to Venice - from F. Nove you can get everywhere by boat. But equally you want walk to the centre in 10 mins or so and are surrounded by bars and restaurants of all sorts.
The room was large light and airy with two big windows. As you would expect from what was a Jesuit centre/hostel it is decorated in a relatively plain style with large windows. Really nice. We were only there for one night, but there was a courtyard with trees one could sit in (which we did not).
I would be happy to go back here and base my holiday in Venice here - this time we were only staying one night as we came back from another city.

Great view on the lagoon. Good connection with water bus. 20 minutes walk from train station. Nice atmosphere. Very good value for the money.
Unser Zimmer hatte ein seitlicher Meerblick. Das Badezimmer war komfortabel.
Es war bei Öffnung der Fenster sehr laut.
Tadelloses Zimmer, sehr gute Betten, Blick aufs Meer, perfekter Zimmerservice, gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen - ein Punkt weniger wegen des Lärmes, den man von der Vaporettostation am Abend wahrnimmt. Aber es ist ein großer Vorteil direkt an der Bootsanlegestelle zu wohnen und in der zweiten Nacht ist der Lärm bereits integriert.

It was quite loud. The showerhead was broken, there was no hot water at 6:30 AM. Try to heat water on the magnetic induction cooktop, but the pots were incompatible.
Great stay! Huge room, bathroom and windows. Friendly staff and near a beautiful church with a café outside.
A bit further from the main area but close enough to walk all places (between 15-20 mins). Bed is two singles pushed together and a bit firm.

perfekt für mich (eine Person) auf meinem Kurztrip nach Venedig - genial ist die Lage direkt an der Alilaguna Haltestelle - und die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig - hat aber alles was man braucht! - gerne wieder !!!
The property itself was wonderful.
1/2 of the bed was terrible-we were in the handicap room,(we are not handicapped) you really need a new mattress.
