i will never book it ever again
Pros:

well, the location is okay but never had a good experience, so i don't have any comments expect a very bad experience.

Cons:

I booked my stay in advance for my birthday and initially requested early check-in. Unfortunately, none of my messages or follow-ups were responded to by the host. When I contacted the hotel directly, I was informed that only the host could respond to my queries.
On arrival (after the official 3pm check-in time), my booking could not immediately be located, which caused further delays. Eventually it was found, but I was allocated a room that was not clean. When I returned to reception to report this, there was no apology offered, and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for another room by this time it was already past 4pm.
Once in the new room, the WiFi was not working. The contact number provided in the room for assistance only directed me to WhatsApp, where my messages were not responded to (single tick, no assistance).
Overall, the experience felt disorganised and lacking in basic hospitality standards. As a travel agent who works with corporate clients, service and communication are extremely important to me. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not feel confident recommending the property to my clients.
It was disappointing, especially as this was part of my birthday celebration

I couldn’t wait to check out, it was the worst stay in unit 401.
Pros:

Only that it was in a convenient location.

Cons:

Apartment 401 is by far the worst unit at the hotel Trilogy and it charges you the same amount as other units with of the same size. The owner put low quality furniture, no side laps, no carpets in the bathroom and bedroom, no station for shower gels or soap in the shower, no dishwashing or drying cloth and a poor holder for the toilet roll which was not even mounted. What’s worse is that the tap lever kept falling off. It was a total rip off and definitely not value for money.
