Appreciate the excellent service, clean rooms, and being away from crowds. Also only about a mile away from rural Phala
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and best of all no crowds. Away from tourist areas.

Cons:

Hard to get car service and get around, not many services that were in English (food, venues in area). Good to have Thai person with you for that area.

The beds are very comfy and the receptionist was friendly..and I like a cat there 😁 he is a very friendly cat..

Cons:

The noise from the nearby rooms can be an issue to those who cannot get deep sleep 🥱 and you need to have a vehicle to get around.

Value for budget room , good wifi , easy to get there (by car)
Pros:

The hotel near the motorway, very good location for Scuba Diving at Shark dive (Sattahip), the room has plenty space for 3 people (if you want), hotel has cafeteria for easy food, Value for accommodation.

Cons:

The lighting at parking lot and the entrance of hotel a bit dark. That street is very quiet and after 7.00 pm there is no place to visit around there.
