Overall, great location, great facilities.
Pros:

Great central location. Gave excellent instructions and directions when it came to parking and how to enter the location. Hot Tub was great and bedding clean and cosy.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was very tricky to understand how to work the hot tub and the drain lift was broken.

Lovely decoration and furnishings, never used hot tub myself, but husband absolutely loved it . Really nice out area and great location. Lots of free drinks and toiletries. Will be going back.

Clean, well supplied suite in a fantastic location for historic Lancaster
Pros:

Fantastic location, right in the middle of the old town near all the sights. Easy to walk out everywhere we wanted to go. Parking was easy to find and very close to our suite so easy to unload the car and carry our bags the two minute walk. Well supplied room with plenty of tea and coffee, milk pods, biscuits and water along with prosecco. Also provided plates and cutlery if you wanted to get a takeaway and eat in. Good hot water supply and decent bathroom with shower. Didn’t use the jacuzzi in our room. Nice little private outdoor sitting area with night lights if you wanted to sit outside. All very clean and slippers supplied as nice touch, plenty of electrical sockets and staff very responsive through messaging service. Easy to find key and gain entry and WiFi easy to log on to and decent.

Cons:

Rather dark with black tiling and floor. Smelt a tiny bit damp - not surprising considering the jacuzzi and en suite bathroom and my towel smelt a little of damp. Bed was a bit firm for my back so I found it hard to sleep well. Lot of lights in room from jacuzzi, fridge and outside lights, none of which we could work out how to turn off so it was a bit light for sleeping. Also the fan was on permanently in the bathroom (which presumably keeps the damp at bay) so we had to keep bathroom door shut against the noise. These are all details - it was a good sized room with good facilities.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the hot tub mirror light was not working. That was the main thing we was coming for is to relax in the hot tub but it would have been nice to experience our night exactly how it looked in the photos.

Nice and chilled, perfect for couples
Pros:

Central location right by shops, bars and the castle.
Fabulous jacuzzi bath in the room, lovely comfy bed and the added Complimentary Prosecco and Beers in the fridge.

Cons:

The large mirror above the jacuzzi bath wasn’t working, other than that everything was great.

Amazing and perfect stay
Pros:

Loved the size of the room with mini fridge with beverages and hot tub.The location was perfect with car park within 2mins walk to suite outstanding communication from SIG who could not do enough for us to ensure we have an amazing stay thanks Beau
