Fantastic stay and would definitely consider returning
Pros:

We loved this stay and it was our favourite out of all our stays in Japan. We had a great introduction at reception from one of the female staff. All staff in general were friendly/nice. The room and location were great and the property was very modern and secure with all the facilities we needed.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the beds being on the more firm/uncomfortable side, we had better beds at other stays but also had much worse beds at other stays also.

Chambre spacieuse, localisation centrale. Bon rapport qualité prix. Réception 14h00 à 23h00. Possibilité de laisser les bagages.

Cons:

Chambre au 1er étage très peu lumineuse. Ouverture des fenêtres limitée à 10cm.

Great room, they have everything you need
Pros:

Good location, clean room, beds are super comfortable. Great value for the money. Dont bring shampoos, toothbrushes, towels they have it all ready for you in the room

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a great time! The staff were very helpful and kind, there were spare towels and toiletries available at any time, the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was within walking distance of the historical centre. The area was quiet. The room matches the description and pictures.

Cons:

We would appreciate more space for clothes, but not a big deal.
