仅有一个年长的女士非常的友善

Cons:

服务人员一点服务意识也没有，入住6晚，只有第一晚给了两小瓶沐浴露，用完不补，去吧台要的话，会甩给你1个硬币让你自己去超市购买。那个戴黑色眼镜的女士服务人员，就是个丑陋的种族歧视者。可能他的生活不如意吧，我表示理解。

We stopped at the place top recover from a nearby eventy. It was OK for the short stay.

No staff opn site. Although EV charging point was available in car park, there were no instructions to use it. Had to find another charging point nearby.

Готель просто неймовірний, всі дуже привітні, номер здивував компактністю але є все необхідне, дуже теплий номер та зручний, мені прям дуже сподобалось, як що ще приїду у місто то зупинюсь лише тут.

Cute guesthouse in small town Switzerland
Pros:

The guest house is close to the bus station and an easy bus commute to Baar/Zug. The room was spacious and met the travelers needs. Restaurant on site was very nice.

Cons:

It is located in a small town in Switzerland - the area stores are closed by 7pm. If you are on a work trip and get in later be prepared there is not kiosk or local access points for drinks/shopping in the evening. The local tax was charged separately to the bill - but as the tax is so small it feels a bit silly to have it charged independently.

Cons:

L'isolation sonore (on entendait assez fort lorsqu'un client sortait de sa chambre et fermait la porte (ou la claquait).

Pros:

Schnelles Checkin, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan

Cons:

Keiner vor Ort an der Rezeption. Keine Information vorab. Kein Code für das Schloss mitgeteilt. Komischerweise kamen die Informationen zur Buchung und zum Check-In immer an.
Toilettenbrille war dreckig, der Lappen mit dem drübergewischt wurde war wohl nicht sauber.
