Superbe séjour avec des amis et entouré d'un personnel à l'écoute et super sympa
Pros:

Le personnel était tellement sympathique et à l'écoute.

Cons:

L'isolation sonore (on entendait assez fort lorsqu'un client sortait de sa chambre et fermait la porte (ou la claquait).

Cons:

Keiner vor Ort an der Rezeption. Keine Information vorab. Kein Code für das Schloss mitgeteilt. Komischerweise kamen die Informationen zur Buchung und zum Check-In immer an.
Toilettenbrille war dreckig, der Lappen mit dem drübergewischt wurde war wohl nicht sauber.

Hôtel-restaurant idéalement situé
Pros:

Le restaurant en rez-de-chaussée dans l'hôtel sert d'excellentes viandes sur pierrades accompagnées d'excellents vins suisses du Tessin: en toute simplicité mais un vrai régal.
