Disappointing
Pros:

the cook and the staff within the house were brilliant and they cooked delicious meals and always with a smile on

Cons:

management was not helpful at all , they never explained about the cooking service and how it worked , also they told me they would charge us through booking and then tjhe come with the bill and didnt know how to use the card machine

Exceptional
Pros:

We had a great time at Sathmin Villa. Good location as it's close by to the Ahangama town and beach area and restaurants. The villa is clean and has enough space for a large group. Beds are comfy. Rooms have good working ACs. You can provide groceries and get meals prepared as they have in-house cooks, and the meals were so tasty!

Staff is very friendly and was always helpful. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfectly fine. it was awonderful stay. Cooks were very helpful. Overall that was a star class experience
